Looking at the two 'Breaking Dawn - Part 2' soundtrack artists so far

So far, two bands have been confirmed for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2's soundtrack, and now it's time to take a closer look at who those are!

The first band to be confirmed for the movie isIko for their song "Heart of Stone." Jack Morrissey - partner to director Bill Condon - identified this song back in February from the first sneak peek clip (the one shown at Target locations across the country for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 DVD parties). Morrissey recently confirmed in his latest "Team Jack" Q&A session that this song will make it into the movie.

Iko is a British band known for its progressive rock style, and they've got some experience working with Twilight Saga soundtrack series supervisor Alexandra Patsavas in the past (their"Look What You've Done To Me" was included in ABC's FlashForward thanks to that relationship). More information on Iko can be found at their website.

The second band announced for the Breaking Dawn - Part 2 soundtrack is Passion Pit, which was reportedly confirmed at Comic-Con last week. That American group is known for an "electropop" sound and has been included on many TV shows, including SkinsGossip GirlSo You Think You Can Dance, and Ugly Betty. Passion Pit's most well-known song is "Sleepyhead," which was used in commercials. Visit their website for more info on this Breaking Dawn - Part 2 band!

For the comments: How is the Breaking Dawn - Part 2 album shaping up so far, to you? Also, who else do you hope to see on the soundtrack?

Taylor Lautner says there will be shirtless scenes in 'Breaking Dawn - Part 2'

For those of you who are hoping the final Twilight installment will include some more shirtless Taylor Lautner, worry not!

Lautner, in the attached interview, assured fans that "unfortunately [for him]" The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 will indeed include some shirtless Jacob Black action. It's been a staple of the Twilight franchise ever since his character got more play in The Twilight Saga: New Moon, of course, so the send-off wouldn't be right without Jacob's abs on-screen.

Good to know, right? Or are you one of those who doesn't particularly care one way or the other?

Lautner also supplemented what Robert Pattinson had to say about the ending to Part 2, adding, "This one wraps up really nicely. It has a very high point. It’s super, super epic, but it comes to a nice end, and I think it’ll be emotional for everyone to see."

Anyone else readying the Kleenex for this scene?

Irene thank you for posting these :) :): :)

You're welcome, pen. Always a pleasure.

Amadou Ly hints at 'Breaking Dawn - Part 2' fight scene

Amadou Ly, who portrays the mysterious character "Henri" of the new French Coven in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2, has hinted a bit about what the infamous vampire fight scene for the film will contain.

Speaking to Too Fab, he explained, "I think the fans are really going to fall in love with [Henri] ... There's a lovely scene with Michael Sheen that the fans are really going to love. There's also a scene where you might see me throw your favorite vampire around."

Oooh! Favorite vampire? Does that mean Edward (Robert Pattinson)? It very well could!

After all, we've been teased for some time now that the battle sequence will be elevated in viciousness from the book's version for the film. As Nikki Reed put it, the movie contains "a pretty kick-*ss battle sequence."

At this point, it's all but certain that Ly's character Henri is taking arms with the Volturi Coven. Who else will side with the "bad guys"? It remains to be seen.

Billy Burke talks about getting emotional over 'Breaking Dawn - Part 2' filming

Billy Burke, who portrays the last returning human of the Twilight Saga, has spoken up about his experience closing out the franchise with The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2.

Responding to a comment from Kristen Stewart about how she fancied filming the first scene between Bella as a newborn vampire and her dad Charlie, Burke said, "Kristen and I we’ve had a great time throughout the entire experience, and that scene in particular, the last episode of the entire Saga was kind of emotional for everybody … and surprisingly so. Nobody really expected that, but as we were doing it, it kind of hit you."

Burke was on-hand at Comic-Con last week for the Revolution television show panel which also featured Breaking Dawn - Part 2 star J.D. Pardo (Nahuel). That panel video is attached for those interested!

Revolution premieres on NBC on Monday, September 17th. Burke portrays the lead character in the show, and more details can be found at NBC.

Anyone else getting teary-eyed about all this "end of theTwilight Saga" talk yet?
