At the moment, mine are Full Metal Alchemist, Kuroshitsuji, and Bleach.  FMA's my number one, though.

Sadly, I've yet to finish the Loveless Manga.... but it's GREAT from what I've read.  My favorites are Ritsuka, Yamato and Kouya.

The only one of those I haven't seen is Shugo Chara, though I know the basic plot.
