Teenage Renesmee cast for ‘Breaking Dawn’??

Here’s some exciting news! It seems another Renesmee has been cast for Breaking Dawn. This time it’s full-grown teenage Renesmee. Read that as: the one that will probably be making out with Jacob… So Team Jacob/Taylor people, time to get jealous! If you want more spoiler-y details about the filming she’ll be doing, go here and read up! In the meantime, meet Christie Burke:

According to her representation, Performers Management Christie is 5′7, has hazel eyes, brown hair (though her pic totes look more auburn) and weighs 115lbs (plenty light enough for Jacob to spin her around in throws of adoration, etc).

Yea I don't remember a teenage Renesmee in the book either. I know that Bella and Edward were relieved about her future after meeting Nahuel. But Renesmee had not matured yet. She was still a child at this time in the book.

NO. SHE IS NOT A TEENAGER IN BD BOOKS. SOMEONE IS PULLING SOMEONES LEG. OR SOMEONE IS MAKING IT UP. THIS IS NOT ABOUT JACOB AND NESSIE IT IS ABOUT BELLA AND EDWARD. THE ONLE WAY THERE SHOULD BE A TEEN NESSIE IS IN ALICE'S VISION. SOMEONE IS LYING ABOUT THERE BEING A TEEN NESSIE. OR THEY ARE MAKING SOMETHING THAT IS NOT THERE. No Renesmee was not a teenager in BD. I believe a while ago a rumor was going around that Summit was going to show Nessie as a teenager, just for something a little extra. I guess will see how it goes. I don't know about this.....??

Here's what I got from my reliable Twilight source:

Christie apparently gets to make out with Taylor Lautner in a flash-forward to Jacob and Renesemee living happily ever after… Whether this is a Bella flash forward or when Jacob first imprints on her (as previous rumored Lainey script deets detailed a Jacob/Renesemee montage) will remain to be seen.

Note: The casting of Christie Burke has NOT yet been confirmed by Summit.

It's all just rumors right now, but...I don't like it! It's bad enough just imagining Jacob making out with Renesmee in the future (especially after he was just making out with her mother in the last movie), and I don't need to actually see it visually. That's just my opinion, of course, but it's the only one that matters to me regarding this. :D

Although, they might be putting it in for the people who haven't read the books... To show a grown Renesmee so the imprinting thing doesn't seem all that creepy.

I've heard that she is for a flash forward scene also but Renesmee was never a teenage in breaking dawn and summit still as not yet confirmed it but if is true i think she is a pretty good choice

I don't like the addition to the movie, but I do agree that she's a good choice for a teenage Renesmee. (Breaking Dawn has a lot of good casting :))

I THINK IT IS SICK TO SEE THEM PUT A FLASH FORWARD OF JACOB AND NESSIE MAKING OUT. IN THE BOOK THE HAPPILY EVERY AFTER TALKS ABOUT WHAT BELLA DID AND EDWARD NOT JACOB AND NESSIE.
