How do I add a picture to a blog/post/comment?

To add a picture to a blog, post or comment, at the top of the text
window you can type in, there is a small blue and green square. Click
on this and it will open another window where you can put in a link to
a picture or browse your own computer to add a picture.

i am pretty new tro this site and having trouble adding photos. i can add them to " my favorits" but i cant seen to load them anywere or into my page . what do i do from there? thanks alot

Is there a graphics thread on this forum? I have quite a few various graphics/ tags/ avatars relating to New Moon & Twilight saga I would share. And others I'm sure have some great graphics as well I could snag.
I use photobucket, if that makes it easier to share or not.
