Permalink Reply by Venomania on January 27, 2012 at 6:52am Clockwork Prince... Aaaack it's so... yeah. I'm liking it but don't wish to spoil.
Permalink Reply by Luna on January 29, 2012 at 5:43pm I just finished Battle Hymn of the Tiger Mother by Amy Chua.
I really liked it. Everyone makes this woman out to be a monster, but I understand her intentions.
I'm now reading Between Shades of Gray by Ruta Sepetys. I'm loving it.
Permalink Reply by Yer A Wizard Harry (Kendyl) on January 29, 2012 at 6:31pm The Woman in Black - Like the movie that's coming out. That's the whole reason I got it. And it's pretty bad. It's a horror story, and I'm about 3/4s done, and he's seen a couple of apparitions, heard a couple of screams and a bunch of bumps in the night. It better get good fast.
And I'm reading Catching Fire, and I LOVE it so far. I can't wait to finish it, it's so hard trying to look up Hunger Games stuff and not getting spoilers. I read it everyday, and I can't wait to figure out what happens.

by John Jackson Miller
I am only a couple of pages into it, so I have yet to form an opinon on it.
Permalink Reply by Jacen Caedus on February 19, 2012 at 7:58am It is set thousand of years in the past, before the Sith Rule of Two. There are more Sith than Jedi running around the galaxy, and it stars a new character I have come to enjoy reading about.
So, for people who do not wish to have to worry about Star Wars continuity, but wanna give the Expanded Universe (Star Wars stories other than the feature films) a try, this is a terrific book to read. Princess Calliope Organa...are you willing to give the EU a chance?
Permalink Reply by Vampi on January 31, 2012 at 3:34pm I've just finished Bloodlines
I really enjoyed it - I liked delving back into the Vampire Academy world.
I would though (again) I would suggest reading the the Vampire Academy books first.
Through wikipedia-ing the author and her coming soon books :D
Permalink Reply by Navdha on February 1, 2012 at 12:56am I've got my hands on Hallowed, the second book in the Unearthly series by Cynthia Hand. And also A Million Suns by Beth Revis which is the second book after Across the Universe. *squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee*
Oh and I finished Satan's Stone, the fourth installment of the Demon Kissed series by H. M. Ward and I just read it to torture myself. And I wasn't disappointed. I was tortured.
Also, I'm currently reading the Girl who kicked the Hornet's Nest, the last book of the Millennium series by Steig Larson. It's pretty long and I love this series and I would recommend it to everyone. :D
Permalink Reply by Buffy on February 1, 2012 at 8:54am Let me know how Hallowed is. I've been holding off ordering it for some reason.
Permalink Reply by Navdha on February 2, 2012 at 2:50am Will do. I just completed The Girl who Kicked the Hornet's Nest last night. Now I'm going to start with Hallowed today.
Permalink Reply by Navdha on February 2, 2012 at 11:10pm So I've finished it. And I didn't really like it. My review on goodreads is full of spoilers but there are other reviews that are not spoiler-ish and have given like 4 stars to this book. So you might wanna hold it back for a while.
