The book is the best. We love the movie the other way around just because it gives us the faces of characters.

The book is better than the movie because it has more details than it. It gives you a better picture of what it really is. Breaking Dawn part 1 it followed the book but Part 2 didnt. The book was more awesome!

I think in general books are better than movies.  However I think that BD movies were better than the book.  I really didn't like the book at all and the movie helped the book to make sense.

yeah I thought the movies were good too :)

I can't even answer this question. If you asked about any of the other books/movies, I could answer that easily. Anyway,  although the book gave us a lot more information, the movie did make me cry a lot. And I couldn't bring myself to read it again (for the sixth/seventh time) until after I saw the movie because I'm just so upset that it's over. So. I love them both :)

The so far I'm half way through

the book is much better than the movie. The movie leaves so much out, it really bugs me.

I hated the book, but was able to giggle with my friend during the films combined. And flail a little because Jamie Campbell Bower. As a non-fan, it's a relief not to have to see first person Bella all the time.

Hands down the book is better than the movie. It has more details

BOOK ! Youll feel the thrill ! The passion !

I really liked the book so much and was upset to hear that they were going to give the movie a different ending. then when i saw the movie i loved it. They really blew me away and made me get really emotional as if i was reading the books.I will always like the books because its the original but the movie was one to remeber.

One of my major complaints about the book was the lack of climax. Meyer shied away from the Volturi versus Cullen war I wanted so badly. FILM SPOILER: The screenwriter found a way, while still remaining true to the source material, to repair that problem by presenting Alice's vision as fact before revealing it to in fact merely be her vision. For this I wanna say the movies were better. I also liked seeing each of the witnesses Carlisle and family amassed.

However...my favorite comedic moments of the entire story were in the novel, but left out of the films. Part one lacked the FIDO bowl and Rosalie's line: "You. Got. Food! In. My. HAIR!" while Part two lacked Bella's condition for Emmett in their arm-wrestling contest (he'd never be allowed to discuss her sex life anymore should she win).

So, I cannot choose.
