You know you're hooked on The Host when...

This is similar to the "you know you're a Twilight addict when..." discussions. 

 

I'll get us started. You know you're hooked on The Host when...

1)someone says the name Jared or Ian you automatically look up and go "Where?"

2)all you can think about is the book and you dream about it. 

3) you start making dream casts for the movie *i'm working on mine*

4) you start using phrases like "safe as houses"

u know ur hooked if you want ur name legally changed to Wanda

u kill every spider you see because you think it's an alien

u get really angry if someone disses the Host

you know last night i dreamt that i was a bear on a frozen planet. i think i dreamt that i was a soul on the Bear world. awsome right?

You know your addicted when...

 

You've read the book over 10 times...and you're only 14!

You memorize your favorite lines and know exactly what page they're on.

You stand in the middle of Barnes & Noble reading the paperback addition just so you can read the secret ending.

Yeah. I just call it the 'secret ending' because it wasn't in the hardcover book :P

you know you're hooked on the Host when you're planning to call your baby boy "Ian" :P :D which after googling, I found out that it means "gift from God" in Greek! :D
