All lovely choices!  Try Black Butler (Kuroshitsuji), Blood+ or one of the Fullmetal Alchemist series!

I LOVE WOLFS RAIN *dies of happiness* though i read the manga not saw the anime

 

another one you might try is "Aquarion" or "Hakuouki" both rather short but VERY good animes
