At the moment, mine are Full Metal Alchemist, Kuroshitsuji, and Bleach.  FMA's my number one, though.

Hm, I guess I'd have to say Hellsing is my favorite of all time but I really love Durarara! and Asura Cryin'. (There's too many other to actually name them all...)
