This another fanfiction I wrote about a girl who has a daughter and goes to live with the Cullens. I hope you like it. I worked hard on it and I will add soon. Enjoy! :)
Introduction
My name is Giselle Morgans. I’m twenty-seven years old and I am a vampire. My fifteen year old daughter, Rosaline and I live in Los Angeles, California. But we haven’t always lived here. Ever since my daughter was one year old-ever since I was turned into a vampire- we have been moving from place to place to prevent anyone from becoming suspicious of my secret.
I worked as a RN at St. Catherine’s Hospital in Los Angeles on the nightshift so that no one could see what the sunlight did to my skin. I wore contacts to make my eyes look normal because the last time I checked nobody had gold eyes. So I wore brown contacts to cover them up; even though my original eye color when I was human was blue. I had dark brown hair but when it was shown in sunlight you could see streaks of blonde. My skin is pale white and ice cold; but when I was human I had nice tanned skin.
My daughter was beautiful. She had her father’s sunshine blonde hair and his beautiful smile. She had my sapphire blue eyes and perfect skin. Like every other mother, she was the apple of my eye. She had excellent grades and dozens of friends. She made friends easily whenever we moved to a new place; which was a load off of my back. She didn’t have a boyfriend; although I have permitted her to date. I guess she didn’t find any of the boys at her school attractive. It didn’t matter to me; it was just another load off of my mind.
Her father, Victor Troy, isn’t involved in her life. After I was turned into a vampire I grabbed Rosaline and started driving. He didn’t like it; but I didn’t care. He never bothered trying to find us and I was grateful. I had left him a note telling him that I loved him but I had to leave and that I was taking Rosaline with me. I also wrote that I would take good care of her and I asked him not to follow us or come looking for us. Obviously the note worked or else I would’ve heard from him long ago. We weren’t married, which made the separation easier.
What wasn’t easy was driving in the car with Rosaline. Her scent filled the car and it made it hard for me to control myself. I kept driving from Seattle until I drove into a small town called Forks. That was where I met the Cullens, a coven of vampires that survived on animal blood instead of drinking from humans.
I loved living with them. They taught me how to survive on animal blood like them and they gave me and my daughter a home when we had nowhere else to go. Bella and Edward’s daughter Renesmee was a complete sweetheart. She and Rosaline played together often, and the Cullens didn’t mind having another child around. They loved Rosaline like she was their own.
Sadly after a couple of years we had to move on. They understood, but insisted on keeping in touch. I emailed Alice every week and sent her pictures and told her how Rosaline was doing. She did the same thing for me in return; sent me pictures and updated me on where they were. The most recent email I received from Alice said that they were in England, but were moving back to Forks soon. She said that Bella couldn’t stand being away from her dad and Jacob wanted to come back to see his family and his pack brothers.
I figured it would be time to move on again; it’s been four years since our last move and it wouldn’t be much longer before people grew suspicious. So why not move back to Forks?
So I answered Alice’s last email and made the decision to move back to Forks while I was typing. At the end of the email I asked her to keep it a secret from the rest of the family; I wanted it to be a surprise. I knew Alice would understand.
As soon as I sent the email I went to my daughter’s room. I could hear that she was listening to her music so I knocked first. She turned her music off and took the ear buds out of her ears before she yelled, “Come in.” I would’ve heard her even if she whispered it. But she didn’t know that; she thought I was a normal human. I never told her that I was a vampire. I wanted her to believe that I was normal and human.
I opened the door and I found her sitting on her bed. The walls of her bedroom were plastered with posters of pop stars and rock bands like Justin Beiber and Fall Out Boy; normal for a teenage girl.
“Hey, Mom. What’s up” she asked.
I walked over and sat on her bed. I gave her a kiss on the forehead; she never found that embarrassing, even in front of her friends. “Hi, sweetheart. I have some news,” I told her.
“Let me guess, we’re moving?” she asked. I nodded and she sighed. “Well, I guess we were going to sooner or later. So where are we moving to?”
“A little town in Washington called Forks. You’ll like it there, sweetie. There isn’t a lot of sun, but it’s a nice town.”
She sighed again. “I just wish we could stay in one place for more than just a few years. But it’s okay. When are moving?”
“In two days. That will give me enough time to pack our stuff and get you settled into Forks High School. Why don’t you get some sleep and tomorrow we’ll start packing your things, okay?” She nodded and I kissed her forehead again. “Goodnight, Rosaline.”
“Goodnight, Mom.” She got underneath her covers and I shut off the light on my way out. As I closed the door behind me I heaved a sigh. It was never easy for me to tell her that we were moving again, but I had to do it.
The next morning we had packed up all of Rosaline’s posters and clothes and her other knick knacks like books and CDs. She asked me why we were leaving the furniture behind and I told her that we didn’t need it where we were going; that there would be furniture already where we were moving to. She didn’t think it made any sense, but she didn’t argue. I already packed the dishes and silverware while she slept and all of my own belongings. She was settled in at Forks High School and planned on going a few days after we arrived and moved in, so the next day we were ready to leave.
We left early the next day to avoid revealing my skin in the sunlight. I tinted the windows for more protection. A couple of hours into the trip she fell asleep. A few times I had to stop because she needed to go to the bathroom and get something to eat. We had left L.A. at five-thirty and we didn’t cross the California-Oregon state line until about two; then we reached the Oregon-Washington state line by four. Rosalie was asleep again when we finally arrived in Forks.

The morning classes went by quickly, surprisingly. But lunch and Biology class ticked by so slowly I had to look at the clock a few times to make sure it didn’t stop working.
Lance didn’t speak unless the teacher asked him a question. What was especially out of character for him was that he didn’t walk me to gym class like he usually did. I made the trek alone for once. Then when gym was done and the school day was over –when Lance wasn’t waiting outside the locker room- I pulled out my phone and sent him a text, asking him where he was. His response said that he was in the car, waiting for me. Somehow I knew he was.
When I got outside I found the car easily. As I walked down the line of cars and got closer to the car I saw that he was in the car behind the steering wheel. The windows were cracked, probably to get some air circulation going.
I opened the door, slid into my seat, and shut the door behind me. As soon as my seatbelt was buckled Lance started the engine and started driving towards home.
I wasn’t about to ride home in another awkward silence, so I turned myself towards him and said, “Hey.”
“Hey,” he returned with, peeking at me out of the corner of his eye. It wasn’t much to work with, but it was a start.
“Are you okay?” I asked. “You didn’t stick around long to celebrate.”
He shrugged. “I’m fine,” he replied in an even voice. “I thought I would leave you and Renesmee to celebrate by yourselves. It was more your moment than mine.” His voice was an eerie sort of calm that only happens before a storm breaks out.
I took a breath and argued, “This involves you too, Lance. You had every right to celebrate with us.” I had to be careful as to what I said. I had to be like a soldier in a mine field; one wrong step and I could set off a bomb, and by doing that I could trigger a chain reaction and really would be screwed.
He shrugged his shoulders again, indifferent. “Maybe on your last night we can have a celebration of our own.” He forced a smile, trying to lighten the mood. It was so painful to look at. I had to turn away. If Renesmee was right, Lance had to be reeling with pain and was struggling to keep it concealed from me. A throb of pain went through my heart as I considered that possibility.
We didn’t speak for the rest of the ride home. The house was empty when we got there. It was typical of Stephen to stay late at the college to grade papers, but it was rare for Mom to get mandated at the hospital. There was a message from her on the answering machine, saying that she probably wouldn’t get home until six at the latest –which is around the same time Stephen got home. So since I was the only one in the house that ate food I was on my own for preparing any kind of meal.
After finishing my homework I settled for making a grilled cheese sandwich. It wouldn’t last me long but since my cooking skills were limited it had to do.
After I was done, and had nothing to do, I called Embry to see if he was free to talk. He picked up on the third ring. “Hello?” he answered.
“Hey it’s me,” I told him. “I called to see if you wanted to talk.”
“You’ve got perfect timing,” he said. “We’re going on break for dinner.”
“I just ate. My mom’s not home yet so I had to fix my own dinner.”
“What’d you have?”
“Nothing special. Grilled cheese. My cooking skills are limited to a bare minimum. I was lucky I could cook that or else I’d starve to death.”
“Wish I could bring you over to Emily’s for some of her food.” He sniffed the air and moaned. “Smells like ribs tonight.”
“Definitely sounds better than grilled cheese.” My stomach growled in agreement.
“Amen to that. So how was school? I’m sure you heard the news from Nessie about the Volturi, right?”
I nodded even though I knew he couldn’t see. “Yeah, I heard. I can’t believe it. I can’t believe it’s over so soon.”
“I can. Just think, Rose; in a week you’ll be back with the Cullens and we can see each other as much as we want.”
I sighed in contentment. I could imagine it perfectly; my old spacious bright room filled with all my belongings. Riding back and forth to school in Edward’s Volvo, Rosaline’s BMW, or Alice’s Porsche depending on the day. Alice helping me with my daily outfits for school. Edward giving me piano lessons –he had started to before but had to stop when we left. And then Embry coming over every day to empty out the refrigerator. I ached for those coming days.
I sighed again. “I can’t wait,” I breathed.
“Me neither,” he agreed. I heard a commotion in the background and I guessed the food was ready. “Rose, I have to go before all the ribs are gone. I’ll talk to you tomorrow. Love you.” Click.
I smiled and shook my head. “Love you too,” I said into the receiver before pressing the End Call button.
Lance isn't very happy. What is he thinking?
I am glad Rosaline and Embry can be together again soon (if everything works out!)
Can't wait to see what happens next!

Permalink Reply by Aurora Primrose Lightwood on June 19, 2012 at 11:05pm Dear "Myths Aren't Real" readers,
I'm seriously considering deleting my account on this website. It isn't what it used to be. All the good groups were trashed because they weren't Twilight related. I can't even post chapters of my own story on here without being notified about using cuss words in my characters' dialogue. There was swearing in the Twilight books. How come we can't swear on here? I understand there are younger members on this site but if they think they're grown up enough to read Twilight and The Host then they should be able to handle the older members' swearing. And if that doesn't work rate the works in this group like they do with movies; that way the younger viewers won't be able to see the explicit material.
I'll keep this account open for a little while before I delete it. That way I can repost all of the chapters on my other account.
I really am sorry guys :(. But seriously, it's not worth it anymore.
If you want the address to the other site I have the account on just contact me for it. No way am I gonna post it in this and get in trouble before I want to leave.
With love,
Aurora Primrose Everdeen

Permalink Reply by Aurora Primrose Lightwood on October 19, 2012 at 1:21pm Hey readers! Sorry for the wait but I should have a new chapter coming to you shortly. But for now I need some help.
See, all of us pretty much know what Rosaline, Embry, and Lance all look like but I never gave much thought as to how Rosaline's parents or Stephen -Lance's father figure- look like. Well recently I've been working on MAR and I got to thinking what actors would portray them the best.
I've always pictured Giselle as a brunette so I was thinking maybe Maggie Siff from Sons of Anarchy:
Or Rachel Bilson from Hart of Dixie:
Now for Rosaline's dad. I was thinking either Chad Michael Murray:
Or Charlie Hunnam, also from Sons of Anarchy:
Then there's Stephen. I've only had one actor in mind and I recently discovered him. Jay Ryan from the new CW show Beauty and the Beast:
What do you guys think? Leave comments below and whoever gets the most votes will win. And if you have any suggestions for Stephen let me know in your comments. Thanks guys!
