Nessie & Jacob: After the Honeymoon is Over (Rated PG-13)
The story starts with Nessie and Jacob finding out they're having a baby. *the characters are SM's (except for a few later on), but the story is all my family and mine. This is my first time ever writing something like this. Comments are welcome. Hope you enjoy.
Chapter 1 The News
“TWINS!” That’s all I heard, nothing else.
Jacob and I both must have been in shock, because my entire family was now surrounding us.
I’m only three months pregnant, but I look like I’m gonna pop any day now. No one knew what to expect with my pregnancy. Grandpa Carlisle had told us that there was probably no chance of me having a baby, since I didn’t have a normal cycle, and wasn’t sure my body would adapt to a pregnancy. But, like everything else about me, I proved anything was possible.

Jacob and I got married a year ago, of course it was beautiful, Alice had planned it. It was a rocky road to the alter, after all, everyone but me knew about the imprinting, the finding of your true soul mate/your other half. So, I had to figure out my own feelings and Jacob’s, before anyone told me what was going on. At first, I was angry, then confused. Why didn’t they just tell me about the imprinting? But after awhile I realized that they wanted me to have choices. Once Jacob and I got everything out in the open, things went smoothly, until recently!

Three months ago out world was turned up-side-down. I started getting sick, in between that, I started eat more human food (which I normally didn’t care for), just about stopped hunting and drinking blood.
“Grandpa, I need to talk to you” I said.
“What is it Nessie?” He asked.
“I think something is wrong with me. I’m not feeling quite like myself. I’ve been getting sick, eating more human food and actually craving it, I don’t feel like hunting and the smell of blood makes it worse.
Grandpa just froze, like a statue. I’ve never seen him act this way before. After all, I’m sure he’s seen a lot of strange things, he works in a hospital and is surrounded by humans there. I was getting nervous by his lack of response.
“Grandpa” I tried to mutter out.
Finally, he snapped out of it and started asking me a million questions. I didn’t understand what he was trying to get at, until he said something about a pregnancy test.
“ A WHAT!” I was shocked.
Again, I was at a lost. Why would he want a test done? I couldn’t possibly be pregnant, could I!!!
The only thing I could think about was keeping this from the rest of the family, including Jacob. Everyone was so overprotective of me and after what my mom went through with her pregnancy , everyone would freak out if I was pregnant. But, it was gonna be difficult, since my dad can read minds, keeping a secret was close to impossible. And good thing that Alice had a hard time seeing visions of Jacob and my future, hopefully I don’t need to worry about her.
“Grandpa, can we please try to keep this between us until we know for sure?” I asked.
“Nessie, I think you need to tell Jacob. He’s probably noticed the changes in you and is already worrying about you” he said.
“OK, when can I take the test?” I asked nervously.
Grandpa left to go get a test and I went to find Jacob.

I found Jacob down at our cottage. I loved the sound of that “our cottage”. It was actually a gift to my parents when they first got married and they lived there for a few years, then moved back into the main house with the rest of the family. So, when Jacob and I got married they re-decorated and gave it to us when we came back from our honeymoon (dad couldn’t stand the though of being under the same roof as Jacob and I when he could read our minds).
Jacob was asleep on the sofa when I came in, he had when on patrol earlier this morning. He looked so innocent curled up on the sofa. I hated to disturb him, but Grandpa was right, I need to tell him.
“Jacob” I whispered, “we need to talk, I have something important to tell you.”
Jacob rolled over, sat up, and smiled at me. His smile always made me melt and my heart race faster.
“What’s on your mind, Ness” he said so heartfeltingly.
“I had a talk with Grandpa today and something miraculous may have happened,” I paused to see if any of this was setting any alarms off.
He was just sitting there staring at me questioningly.
“We my be pregnant!” I blurted out, not knowing how to say it or what his reaction would be.
At first, Jacob just sat there staring at me with a soft gentle smile on his lips. Then, he pulled me into a careful hug and told me he loved me. After a few minutes, Jacob said “HOW?”
I had to giggle a little at that. “How do you think?”
“Well, how is obvious, but hooowwww?????”
Since it didn’t seem to be getting through his thick skull, I decided to show him what happened. I lightly touched both his checks with my hands and started showing him the images of every time we had been together. Then, of me getting sick, the strange craving for food, the lack of interest in hunting and blood, and finally my conversation with Grandpa Carlisle.
It worked, it had all finally sunk in. He had a look I’d never seen before. I wasn’t sure what to make of it. Was he happy…furious…or scared?
Finally I asked, “what are you thinking?“ I tried to sound calm, but my voice still sounded shaky.
“Oh, Nessie, I’m so…” he started to say, but instead he started to gently kiss me. His soft touch sent electric tingles through my body. I always got tingles when he touched or kissed me. I started to melt into him. We fit so perfectly together, we were truly soul mates, meant to be together for a life time. Everything about him; his smell, his smile, his touch was everything I ever wanted and could stay wrapped up with him forever.
Suddenly he stopped. Jacob just froze. Oh, no! It finally really hit him.

this is the rest of pt 1 of chapter 4. It is shorter than the first 1/2, but there will be more up by tomorrow night.
“Ugly aren’t they, wait ‘til you smell them!” Rosalie sang out
“Rosalie, this really isn’t the time for joking!” I scolded her.
“Who’s joking?”
I know Rosalie was trying to ease the tension. But I’m not sure that was the right way.
I looked at Grandpa for help. I wasn’t sure what to do or say to Hope. She just found out about the werewolf thing less than 24 hours ago, now she’s staring at 5 of them.
“Hope, are you okay?” Grandpa asked her. “Would you like to sit down?”
Hope continued to stare out the window, still in shock. Grandpa went to her and tried to guide her to a chair, she wouldn’t move. Of course, Grandpa could have forced her, but he didn’t.
“What’s going on out there?” She finally asked.
“Bella’s just going off on Leah, nothing to worry about.” Rosalie said so calmly.
“That’s…Leah, and who else?” Hope could barely get the words out.
“Jacob, Seth, Embry, and Quail” Rosalie rattled off barely even looking at them.
“How…I don’t understand, I know what Seth said and I heard the story, but seeing it is something completely different!” Hope looked lost and confused.
“Hope, it gets easier once it sinks in and we can talk about it all you want when I’m feeling better. Just don’t be scared; neither Seth, Jacob, nor the others would ever hurt you or any human for that matter. And Seth is so into you, it’ll all work out you’ll see, give it time.” I hope that it helped some.
“If they won’t hurt humans, then why is Leah here as a wolf? Why does she seem to be arguing with Bella? And why is everyone else in their wolf form?”
I didn’t know what to say to her. Those were all very good questions, except that my family wasn’t human! And I’m not sure she’s ready for anymore stories quite yet!!
“Not sure why Leah is here. But Leah and Bella have a long history together, and don’t like each other. So the fact that Leah started something with Nessie last night, and that’s more or less why she may have started having contractions, well that just added more fuel to Bella’s hatred for Leah. And I’m sure the guys are in their wolf form to make sure Leah doesn’t hurt anyone.” Rosalie tried to explain.
“This is defiantly going to take some getting use to. I’d sure hate to get on Bella’s bad side. She seems like a lioness protecting her cub! I’d be scared to death to face a werewolf, look how big they are!”
Rosalie and I were both trying to hold back the laughter; mom as a lioness, scared of a werewolf. Grandpa gave us a stern look; he didn’t seem to see any humor in any of this.
“Their just oversized mutts!” Rosalie still trying to fight back the giggles.
“Do you not like them?” Hope asked her. “You make a lot of comments about them.”
I shot Rosalie a look; she just gave me a smile back. “I like giving them a hard time, that’s it. Just wait ‘til you hear all the “dumb blond” jokes I have to deal with, but with you around, I may not hear as many. Anyway, I don’t know the rest of them well enough to like them or not. But Jacob and Seth are family, and I guess you could just say they grow on you after awhile.”
Rosalie maybe right about the blond jokes or at least when Hope’s around. She is beautiful and extremely smart. She’s 5’5” with a beautiful shape, creaming smooth skin, gorgeous long blond hair, and ice blue eyes. I’m surprise that Rosalie isn’t jealous of Hope. Wait a minute…
Did Rosalie just say something nice about Jacob and Seth? Did she actually call them both family? Oh My God! Wait ‘til I show them both that replay!!!
I could still hear mom and Leah growling. Dad tried to step in, but mom growled at him to stay back. Emmett told dad to just let the two of them hash it out, I’m sure Emmett and Jasper had a bet on what was going to happen.
Things started to get physical, THIS NEEDS TO STOP NOW!!!
Grandpa turned to look at me. “Nessie, you need to calm down. Your heart rate is going up to much and your blood pressure is getting dangerously high!” He was trying to stay calm but he was getting notably worried.
“Grandpa the pain…I need Jacob NOW!!”
Everything got quiet and; Grandpa, Rosalie, and Hope were staring at me. -

hey i just finish reading all the chapters you post is really great i love all that you put i laugh a lot when emmett said about the puppy hahaha you should keep going is really great i´m hoping to read more and i would like to know something about quil and clair but still is preatty good
