Our Story: Renesmee and Jacob

It has been 10 years now since I was brought into this world. I finally stopped growing a little over 5 years ago. I maybe ten but I look between 18 and 20. I still live in the cottage with mom and Dad. Jacob and I have been dating, or courting as my father likes to call it, for 5 years now. Jacob still looks the same, gorgeous as ever with those brown rippling muscles. I look more like my mom, same figure, long hair, and of course her eyes but mine smolder just a bit more.

Ch.1 In the Works
Renesmee POV

I had just woke up from a dream, if you could call it that, I'm not really sure what it was supposed to mean. I was in the forest and the weather was changing so quickly through the seasons, like time lapses. "What could this possibly mean," I whispered to myself. I sat there in my bed trying to think if this dream had any significance. I didn't want to contemplate too long for fear my father would hear my thoughts and get worried or curious- too late.
"Renesmee" I heard my Dad whisper outside my bedroom door, followed by a soft knock.
"Yeah Dad" I knew he would want to come in, "Come ahead in."
"Are you ok, everything alright?" my dad said softly as he slowly opened the door.
"I think so, I just don't know if I should really think anything about the dream I had. It was very odd, I just don't know what its supposed to mean if anything at all."
"Would you like to tell me about it?" he spoke while he sat down on the edge of my bed.
"I'll just show you Dad," I said as I touched my hand to his face.
"Well Nessie, maybe there is some change ahead of you, you know something in the works."
I sat there trying to read the emotions on his face. It wasn't worry, he looked very deep in thought.
"Dad?"
"Sorry Nessie, I was thinking about your dream. I have an odd feeling, that everything will be fine."
Dad always had the right words of comfort it seemed like. I threw my arms around Dad, and gave him a hug and a kiss on the cheek.
"Thanks Dad, you always know what to say" I said with a smile. "Good night Dad."
Good night Nessie" he said as he was shutting the door to my room.
I looked over at the alarm clock, 2:03 am. I was tired but couldn't really sleep. So, I got up and turned some music on very softly. Dad got me hooked on the classics. I lay back down and a few minutes later I felt my eyelids getting very heavy. The next thing I knew I was dreaming again. And there I was in the forest with everything changing so quickly around me. I was looking around trying to find out if anyone was there besides me. Out of nowhere the sun was shining very brightly and it cast a small rainbow around me.
Beep beep beep- I slammed my hand on the alarm clock. It's 8 am already I thought. So I got up and got dressed and went into the kitchen. Mom and Dad were in there cooking breakfast. It was a little too much human food for just me.
"Whats all this for?" I asked hesitantly.
Mom just smiled and said, "Jake is here, he likes to eat too."
"What? Where? I didn't-"
Knock. Knock.
"Come in Jake," mom said.
"Hey Bells, Edward," Jake smiled as he greeted my parents.
Dad liked it when he greeted them first, he always thought it was more respectful.
Then Jake turned and smiled at me, "Nessie, you look great. I missed you."
"I missed you too."
Mom and Dad went in the living room to give us some privacy, keyword some. Jake sat down at the table and we ate breakfast.
"Are you ready for today?" Jake said with a smile.
"Yeah what are we doing?"
"I figured we could go visit Charlie and then head back to La Push and go to the beach."
"Sounds fun. It has been awhile since I saw Grandpa Charlie."
I heard a low chuckle, and turned to the living room where mom and dad were. Jake suddenly looked nervous and then dad just smiled at Jake and said, "Have fun."
Jake nervously started to stutter,"O-Oh ok."
I knew dad was reading his thoughts, but the reaction was weird. Usually if Jake was nervous dad had a bitter look on his face.
"You ready?" Jake more composed.
"Yeah"
So we headed out to his Rabbit.

After we left grandpa Charlie's, we headed to the beach. We pulled up and started walking to the beach. Jake seemed like he had something on his mind, nervous too.
"Jake, why are you so tense?"
"Huh, oh its-just........ I was wanting to talk to you about something serious. I-I'm not sure where to start exactly-"
"Just say it Jake, you are making me nervous," I sad hastily.
"Nessie, you know how much I love you right? I mean how much I am in love with you and not just love you?"
"Y-Yeah." I said soft enough for him to hear me.
"Well it's been 10 years and we've been dating for 5 of them. And I love you so much Ness you are my world."
"I love you too Jake."
Jacob stopped by an old tree that has been bleached by the water. He turned around and looked deeply into my eyes holding both of my hands ever so gently in his. He leaned in and kissed me so softly, my heart started racing as I felt his hot breath on mine. I pulled my hands away from his only to find them in his hair. My fingers gripping his neck and tangling in his hair. He pulled me closer to his body and I held myself tightly to him. He now had his hand tightly but yet still gentle around my waist and the small of my back. Then he slowly pulled away.
"Ness I love you and I want to spend the rest of my existence with you" he said it with such passion. I could hardly breathe, I knew what was coming next.

Jacob POV

I slowly pulled away from her and gently slid down on one knee. I ever so softly took her left hand into mine, while I reached in my right pocket. Her eyes bright with excitement and curiosity as I pulled the small box out. I pinched it in between my fingers and opened it. Nessie's eyes were filling with moisture as they met my gaze.

"Renesmee Carlie Cullen, will you marry me and be mine throughout our entire existence?" as I slid the ring onto the tip of her third finger.
"Oh Jake," I blubbered "Yes, yes I will, I do."

I slid the ring all the way on. And I took her into my arms as I stood up. Something washed over me, it was more than excitement, words can't even begin to describe how I feel.
I pulled her chin up, as I leaned down and kissed her ever so passionately. I felt her lips crush against mine as she pulled herself tighter to me. With one swift movement I pulled her up around my waist. And we were both lost in the kiss, not even aware of our surroundings, aware of nothing but us.

We pulled away slightly as we heard clapping around us. We both looked, and then realized the pack was there and had seen the whole thing. Sam looked at me and nodded with approval. Quill and Embry had the biggest smiles on their faces.
"Congratulations" Emily spoke softly but with enthusiasm.
Smiling, "thank you Emily" said Nessie and I.
We looked at each other and just smiled.
"Oh my gosh, I can't believe this!" Ness excited
"Ready to spread the news?"
"Yes! Can we tell mom and dad first?"
"They already know."
"What? Oh- right dad mind reading."
" Billy is already at the Cullen house."
Nessie looked around a little confused, "Wher's the pack?"
"They are heading to the Cullen house too"
"Well better get a move on don't want to keep Aunt Alice waiting to long. She’s probably driving everyone crazy."
"Ha ha, you're right."

We got back to the car and headed to the house where everyone was waiting for "official" news.
Ness was quiet on the way there. I turned to look at her only to find her left hand stretched out as she was mesmerized by the ring.

"Do you like it?"
"Like it- I love it, its so beautiful. It looks like-"
"Like a full moon" as I took the words right out of her mouth.

Renesmee POV

It did look like a full moon. The diamond was round and set into a white gold band. The way the facets shined and glittered was amazing, absolutely breath-taking. He must have been saving up for quite some time. The way the diamond was cut was astonishing. As I looked closer I noticed the detail on the prongs that secured the stone. They were tiny wolves that were beckoning to the moon.
"Amazing."
"What?"
"I love your attention to detail Jake."
"You noticed" he said with a smile.
"How could I not? It's so beautiful. I love you Jacob Black."
"As I love you soon to be Mrs. Black."
I just smiled I liked the sound of that. Renesmee Carlie Black, I thought to myself. And a smile lit up across my face.
