Chapter 1
When I was younger I saw my parent fight all the time. At the dinner table, at the store, in the back of the room in the middle of my ballet recital, I heard them at night, all the time. They got a divorce when I was nine. I had to move with my mother I rarely saw my farther but when my mom got remarried when I was seventeen her husband traveled a lot and she wanted to go with him so I had to move back with my dad. He lived I a tiny town called forks. I hated moving and being the new girl I was already shy.
When I landed I saw Charlie the one thing I really remembered was that he didn’t talk all that much unless he was yelling at mom. Other then that he was quiet like me. He asked me the simple questions but after he didn’t talk all that much. I was starting to think this is how it was gonna be living with him a lot of quiet. After that the car ride home was quiet. When we got back to Charlie’s house he told me that I start school tomorrow. Charlie ordered pizza. We sat in front of the TV and ate. So I figured that my theory about the silence was right.
I went into my room and unpack my stuff really slowly by the time I finish its only nine-thirty. I go down stairs to see what he was doing he was already sleep on the couch I went to back to “my room” and read one of my favorite books withering heights waiting to go sleep. When I wake up the next morning Charlie was already left. He left a note and some car keys it says that the keys are mine and the cars outside
I went outside to get in “my car” it was a Chevy truck. When I get to the high school. Go to the office and get my schedule. I could find my class so when I do find it I’m fifteen minutes late
So now Im not just the new girl but im also really late for class and I get on and everyone is staring at me. I found my seat next to this girl with glasses and her face in a book. When I sat down she looked at me
“Hi” she said
“You must be Isabella swan your dad has been talking about you coming for a long time and we rarely get new people so...” she spoke really quietly
“Yeah that’s me but you can call me Bella”
“Oh that’s great I’m Angela, what class do you have next”
“Um... I have algebra II”
“Oh well I don’t have that but find me during lunch ok” she smiled at me and go her stuff together the bell was about the ring. I got up and went to my next class it wasn’t as had to find. When I got there was only one seat left it was next to this beautiful boy when I sat down he looked at me with his pretty eyes.
“Hi I’m Jacob” I forgot how to say anything for a second but then I remember
“Oh...im Bella”
“Well it’s nice to meet you Bella” he said smiling at me.
I looked away not answering him pretending to pay attention to the teacher. Ever since my parents got a divorce I never really believed in love so I didn’t bother liking or dating people. When I grow up I’ll be that women who has 10 cats and watches wheel of fortune every night. But I will never be in love for as long as I live.
