I don't know how but if you go to www.picaso.com i think that's how you spell it they have really awesome things to do with pictures.

If you would like to begin making banners, the best programs are GIMP and Photoshop. You can easily download GIMP (search it in Google) and it's absolutely free. There are multiple groups on this site that are all about banners and they have tutorials that can really help you (:
