FanFiction- Rising Moon

Ok so I had this awesome idea whilst watching Twilight! I haven’t quite worked out all the kinks yet but I’m just going to post the opening like paragraph and see what you all think before I even think about posting more! OK

So basically there is this boy called Edward Mason (in one of the chapters i put Stewart- but a kind reader pointed out the name i actually wanted xD) whose best friend is Jacob Black- who just happens to be a werewolf!
Edwards’s life is pretty normal until he meets the girl of his dreams called Isabella (Bella) Cullen (the vampire, with a vamp family which is the Cullens). But she is hiding a dark secret that Edward will soon find out. Just heads up if it fails I do apologize for taking up your time! Here Goes!

E.POV
Another semester at Forks High School. Joy. Except with a few new editions. The school has been buzzing about a new family- the Cullens. They moved here from Alaska. Everyone is talking about them, they probably aren’t that special- but a new family in Forks will be big news for this small town.

I sat in my seat in Biology alone, since Jacob became a wolf I had no-one to sit with in most of my classes. Jacob Black has been my best friend since kindergarten and his family just happens to be decedents of wolfs! Apart from being pretty awesome, I never get to see him.

"Hey Eddy." Jessica Stanley said to me. Oh great I thought to myself. I forced a smile and replied."Hey Jess, its Edward- you should know that by now!" I forced a laugh and jokingly punched her on the arm. She laughed along and walked away- she didn’t know the true intentions of that punch. Jessica Stanley was the high school "mean girl". She gossiped and started rumours about everyone, although she has always had a soft spot for me.

"Alright class settle down" Mr Stos hurriedly walked in. I doodled on the desk waiting for the lesson to begin.
"We have a new student joining us today- Miss Isabella Cullen"
"It’s just Bella" a velvety bell voice sounded. I whipped my head up and had my breath taken away- as did every other boy in class. This Bella girl was unlike anyone i have ever seen. Her chestnut brown hair caressed her heart shaped face. Her deep set amber eyes panned the room. She had pale white skin that seemed to almost glow. She smiled at Mr Stos- surprisingly he blushed, but who wouldn’t. Her smile was dazzling; she had pearly white teeth and a cute dimple, almost invisible to the eye set in the corner of her mouth. I only realised I was staring when she gave me an odd look. I lamely smiled at her and lowered my head to draw on my book. Smooth move!

OK so tell me what you think- if i should carry on, or if it just won't work :P

Mason! Thats what it was! I completly forgot what his name was so i just thought of Kristen Stewarts last name xD Thanks :D I will fix that! and all my spelling mistakes :D

Im gunna have to apolagize, i won't be able to post anything for a week because my sister is takign my laptop back with her to uni! But it is good because that means i can think of the next few chapters and then post them straight away! :D She will only be gone for a week and a bit so it won't be too long

Yeah, its nice. I actually tried to imagine the story if it were reversed, but i couldn't see it well...so i gave up on the hope of writing it. But this is good actually. Keep writing. But just one thing...keep Edward's behavior and personality as it was on Edward Cullen. Better that way.

OK guys, wont be long till i post some more, i am currently writing it in word to check the spelling and stuff but it wont be long!
Sorry that it has been ages!
Im just going to tell you my plans for the story.
Edward osnt going to find out about bella being a vamp until he is one himself. He is in a car accidnet with his parents, they die but he has a bit of life, so Bella saves him by biting him.
Thats just whats gunna happen later on- sorry if you didnt want to know, i just thouhg i would tell you something till i put the next few chapters up :P

Hey finally posting the next chapter! Sorry for the superr long wait but here :)
E.POV- Chapter 3-Dreams do come true
“Hi Bella, what you doing this Friday night? No, ugh uhm, you, me date this Friday! No!” Nothing worked. I stood in front of the mirror trying to think how to ask the girl of my dreams out. I breathed heavily and gave up. It was half 12 and as always I had school tomorrow- but with one perk, I got to see Bella. I sat in bed just hoping I would miraculously fall asleep- it took a while.

I sat bolt right up in bed sweating. I looked at my clock, 3am. I had had the weirdest dream. Me and Bella running up a mountain at speeds I could only dream of. The next thing was blood, lots of it. Bella was sucking my neck, and not in the good way, she had crazed red eyes- then I woke up. In the bathroom I splashed my face. I couldn’t shake this dream. It seemed surreal. Sucking my neck? What am I, crazy? I went back to my room and stared out the window. A few stars sparkled in the sky. Is this feeling- this aching to be with her- is it love? I’ve never experienced love before. I walked over to my laptop and googled the term. Thousands upon thousands of pages appeared and they all described how I was feeling- the yearning for her. I sighed and went back to bed. Hmm. Sucking my neck- blood- Vampire? Great one Edward- you have completely lost the plot. I put my hands behind my head and waited to doze off.

When morning came I had a shower and got dressed. I decided to just push the dream aside- it was only a dream. I was running late for school so I grabbed a cereal bar and headed out to my car. When I got to school it had just started to rain- typical. I walked up the steps eager to get to my first lesson- biology, where I can see the beautiful Bella. As I walked in the door her head shot up and smiled at me. Basically the whole class of boys were at my table. She widened her eyes as if to ask for help.
“Go away, let the girl breathe!” I told all the guys in a stern voice. They gave me evil looks and mumbled under their breath whilst walking away- I didn’t care.
“My god thanks! They wouldn’t leave me alone!” She said whilst exhaling. Her sweet breath wafted pass my nose. Ok. Now is the time to ask her out. Just say it. Ask her. I opened my mouth and nothing came out. Wuss.
“Hey um, could you help me? I’m having some guy problems.” Oh great. I knew she wouldn’t go for me.
“I like this guy- quite a bit actually, but I think he is too shy to ask me out” She bit on her lip- I had to stop myself from drooling.
“Well maybe you should ask him out instead of waiting for him to ask you” Lucky son of a-
“That’s a great idea!” She said her white teeth gleaming. This has just ruined my day.
“If you don’t mind my asking- who is it?” She winked at me and smiled. I looked at her dazed, what did that mean?
“It’s you silly!” She chuckled and ducked her head. My mouth fell open! Me?! All this time it was me! My smile widened, here goes.
“Uh Bella, are you doing anything this Friday night? If not would you like to go to dinner with me?” I held my breath hopefully.
“Yes” SCORE! I felt like standing on the table and dancing! I was going on a date with the magnificent Bella Cullen! In your face every guy in the school. Bella giggled and turned to face the board.

It was as if I floated through the rest of the day. Nothing could bring me down.
“So-uh, could I take you up on that offer with sitting with you at lunch today?” She asked me. This day just got better.
“Yeah of course! I will introduce you to all my friends.” When we got to the cafeteria we got some food and sat down.
“This is my best friend Angela and her boyfriend Ben”
“It’s so nice to meet you!” Angela beamed at her.
“This is Mike and Eric” They both smiled- still gobsmacked at her beauty! Sorry boys- she is off the market!
“So Bella, what you up to this Friday night?” Mike asked over confident. I glared at him. Mike pissed me off sometimes- he was so sure of himself. I awaited Bella’s response.
“Ah sorry, I have a date that night” She looked at me out the corner of her eye.
“With who?” Eric piped up.
“Oh just this handsome guy I know” She smiled to herself- it was so darn cute! I blushed- no surprises there.

Bella and my friends got on so well. She is even going shopping with Angela and Bella’s sister Alice. Everything is going perfect. When I got home I went upstairs to bask in my glory.

B.POV
“I’m going...out” i said whilst walking out the door.
You going to his house again? Seems kinda pervy don’t yah think? Alice thought. I stuck my tongue out at her and ran out of the house. I couldn’t get this boy off my mind. I am so excited for this Friday! It will be fantastic. I stopped outside his house and sat in my usual tree.

He was just as happy as i am about Friday. It’s all he could think about. Although there were some complications. What if I couldn’t help myself and touch him- I so wanted to feel his warmth, but he will be repulsed by my icy cold skin. What if he cuts himself? I’m only a few years old, can I control my thirst? Just- what if. I’ll wear gloves. I’ll say that I’m squeamish and make sure I run a mile. I had resolved all the problems. Man I must really like this guy. I sat there listening to his calm thoughts about me when he thought of something that made my skin crawl.
I wander how Jacobs wolf crap is going- it’s such a bummer i never get to see him- gosh it’s lucky his girlfriend is part of the Quileute Tribe
He was friends with a wolf. My Edward- in danger with that pack of mutts. I hopped out of the tree and ran home, I needed to cool off. When I got in I ran straight to my room and listened to Debussy. It always calms me down- never fails.

What do you guys think? Next chapter will be posted soon, but i have exams all week so it might be next week :)
