1. Edward bite Bella because he hadn't another option, except let her dying.
2. Edward decided to date her, as he saw that Bella didn't follow his advices(to avoid him) and he really like her.

ummm... Edward never bit Bella... in Twilight he sucked d venom out of her hand (w/out biting her) n in BD he injected his venom into her via a needle
