Connie to you and your family may the Angels wrap their wings around you all and protect you from harm. Take care :-)

Thanks Fay for your sweet words... and no I didn't get to become a FF.. I got hurt while on active duty and that put an end to my dream of being a FF... But no worries... I still work for the Army now in another capacity and I now serve those who are serving today. I am so happy to be able to be around such brave young men and women. My youngest son is in the Army now too.. You may have heard me talk of him.. His name is Gerome and he's 22.. He just got home in July from his second tour in Iraq. Hopefully it will be another year or two before he has to deploy again... And my heart goes out to the young family that your soldier leaves behind.. He is a hero in my book..

Hi Connie, What a brave person you are, serving duty! Wow is all I can say. For us here in Australia it is morning time and the day after 9/11. We've recently lost a few young men in Afghanistan. One young father's funeral was here in Brisbane just a few days ago. He left behind a young very pregnant wife and a little girl. The grief stricken wife went into labour three hours after the funeral and gave birth to their little boy. Very sad. But on a happier note did you go back to learning to be a Fire Fighter?

Hello AJ, Faye,,, and enyone else that is here tonight. I appreciate you all thinking of us today.. It has been a somber day for all Americans.. I guess it always will be.. I was sitting in a class at the Fayetteville Fire Academy on 9-11. We were all training to be Fire Fighters. Shortly after that day my Army Reserve unit was activated and there went my FF career... I served for the next almost three years on Active Duty. I love my country so much... Am very proud to have served her and would do it still if they asked me... Thank you all for your love and support...

Hi AJ, Nice to meet you? I watched the Rugby league last night as I get a bit confused by the Union game. I watched the Tigers vs the Rosters and the Rosters (darn it) by 1 point in Golden time. Very disappointed as I wanted the Tigers to win, nevermind. I'm a little confused though are you an Aussie living in NZ or a NZ living in Australia?

To all my american sisters, Thinking of you all and your fellow countrymen on this day. Let us not forget those who had died on that sad and tragic day. Sending you all lots of prayers and love sisters xo

good morning sisters from the land of Aussie. hope you all are well.
very happy this morning, becos my homeland rugby team the All Blacks, beat Australia in rugby last night, in a intense and heartracing game! we just won by 1! so very happy. Not a good idea to live in a country, when your country loses adn the winning team is from your new home hehehehe
anyway enough sports talk. i see theres a new riddle up. YAY! need a fix, lol
have a fab day sisters, be safe xo

I had a swing on my porch. Favorite part of the house I had. Now I am making one to put inside my house since I no longer have a porch.
