The Twilight Saga

I'm more than a bird,
I'm more than a plane
I'm more than some pretty face beside a train
It's not easy to be me

So I saw Man of Steel yesterday and I loved it. It was such a good/cute movie . It made me really want to make a Superman inspired roleplay.

This is based on Clark Kent’s life as a teenager leading up to the years before he becomes Superman.

Don't make it all about you.

Don't ignore other characters.

Somewhat flexible.

Clark Kent | Eighteen | Kryptonian | Lana Lang\eventually Lois Lane | Me

Born as Kal-El to Jor-El and Lara-El, Clark was sent to Earth by his parents to fulfill a destiny in which he would become the savior of humanity; he was rocketed off of the planet just minutes before its destruction. Accompanied by a massive meteor shower, his spaceship crash-landed in Miller's Field in Smallville; there, he was found by farmers Jonathan Kent and Martha Kent to which they raised him as their son, instilling in him strong moral principles and teaching him to use his abilities for good. He is currently a senior at Smallville High School. He becomes close friends with Chloe Sullivan.

Lois Lane | Seventeen | Human | Eventually Clark Kent | Open.

Lois is the daughter of General Sam Lane and Ella Lane. She was about four when the first meteor shower hit Smallville. Lois spent her formative years as an army brat, following her career military father around the world. Her mother died from cancer when Lois and her younger sister, Lucy were both very young; Lois was six at the time. Later, Sam sent Lucy to boarding school, while Lois traveled around with him during her youth. She currently attends Smallville High school. Lois is extremely close with her cousin, Chloe.

Chloe Sullivan | Seventeen | Meteor freak (formerly human) | Oliver Queen | Open.

Chloe was born in Metropolis. Chloe's parents divorced when Chloe was young. Her mother first left the family when she was five, but Chloe had at least some contact with her mother until age eight. The Sullivans recently moved to Smallville. Chloe quickly befriended Clark Kent after he showed her around the town and his family farm. Chloe is very close with her cousin, Lois.

Oliver Queen | Eighteen | Human | Chloe Sullivan | Open.

Oliver's parents traveled frequently and extensively when he was young, associated in business and in research with the Luthor family. His parents died when he was nine or ten. Oliver attended Excelsior Academy Preparatory School where he studied fine arts and was a classmate of Lex Luthor. Due to not having his parents to give him a stable upbringing, Oliver was shown to have been a school bully. This caused him to be kicked out of Excelsior Academy Preparatory School. He now attends Smallville High school where he is cleaning up his act.

Lana Lang | Seventeen | Human | Clark Kent | Open.
When Lana was three years old, she saw her parents, Lewis and Laura Lang, struck and killed by a meteor during meteor shower that hit Smallville. She became the poster child for the disaster, her cry of anguish captured forever on the cover of Time Magazine. Her aunt, Nell Potter, adopted her and gave her a necklace made out of a piece of the meteor that killed her parents in their memory. She believed that something that had caused so much bad luck could only have good luck left. Ever since then, she lived a mile away from the Kent farm.

Lex Luthor | Eighteen | Human | Lana Lang | Open.

Lex was the first child of Lionel and Lillian Lex was with his father in Smallville on a business trip when the meteor shower hit Smallville. The meteorites cured Lex's asthma and apparently super-charged his immune system. After the death of his mother, Lex was raised without real affection, parenting, or love. Instead, Lionel lavished Lex with money and gifts and sent him away to expensive, exclusive boarding schools. Lex attended Excelsior Academy Preparatory School with Oliver Queen before being kicked out. He now attends Smallville High school.
