Giselle laughed as she watched him run off his tale between his legs.. It was honestly one of the best moments in her life.. And strangely satisfying. She smirked slowly and she looked at the rest of the pack "One of you do patrols while the other goes after hothead.." she told them and she stretched slowly. She turned around and she walked off in the other direction going to patrol the border between their territory and the others.. She sniffed the air and the ground as she walked. She listened for sounds and sights that not many others would pick up. For once in her life she wasn't afraid to walk out in the open without being seen.. Now to be honest she was never afraid of Paul.. Clearly she'd had the upper hand the entire time without him knowing.. She was afraid of killing Paul in a fit of anger and violence. As she walked along the border she noticed herself in the river between the two borders she tilted her head to the side.. Half of her face was a wolf while she pictured her human face in the other.. It was like two of the same but still different. When she heard a twig snap her head snapped up quickly and she stood completely still.

Paul ran through the forest then started to walk the further away he got. He shook his head as he continued to walk. He needed to get things straight. Paul looked up as he heard a noise and instantly growled until he noticed that it was Sam. "You need to control yourself Paul. Especially with your temper," Sam thought to him. Paul growled a little. "I know, but she's so irritating," he thought back. Paul walked beside Sam as Sam started explaining everything as they patrolled.

Giselle crouched down and she let out a low, menacing growl until she heard Sam's thoughts and she realized it was only him. She rolled her eyes a bit as she walked forward through the trees and she looke only at Sam "the border is clear, not even a scent trail.." she explained "go home for the night.. I'll keep watch." she told him and she brushed past him not even glancing at Paup. She walked back to a clearing where she often went when she needed to relax. She laid under a big oak tree and she gently laid her muzzle down on her crossed paws.. Her eyes drifted shut but she wasn't sleeping, she was listening.. When she cut off her sense of sight her sense of smell and hearing intensified. It was a gift that not many used. She simply sat there and she had done so, so many nights before that she was able to identify what was walking through the woods when she heard a twig snap or what was crawling in the tree tops overhead

Paul continued to listen to Sam explain everything to him, when they ran into Giselle. He lowly growled as she walked by Sam, wishing he could just attack her. Paul looked at Sam then nodded a little as they walked towards Paul's house. Sam told Paul what time he had to meet in the meadow tomorrow, and who he could and couldn't tell. Sam then told Paul goodnight then left. Paul stayed on the edge of the forest, staring at his house. He wasn't the same Paul anymore. He sighed and tried to calm down to phase back to a human, but couldn't relax enough. He whined a little to himself  then sat down, trying to calm down.

After hours of sitting under the tree Giselle slowly stood up and she stretched as she did so.. She did a quick surveillance before she began to walk home.. Although she was trying to be nice she couldn't help the smirk spread across her face as she watched Paul lay under a tree and whine because he couldn't relax enough to shift back. she walked forward and she stood with an eyebrow arched "poor thing.." she said in a bitterly sarcastic tone. She couldn't help it. He'd made her life miserable and she wouldn't stand for it. He deserved a few hours of torture.. It's the least she could do for almost 5 years of it from him

Paul laid on the ground for a least an hour with his eyes closed, trying to relax. He would whine every now and then, but then sigh and stare at his house. He heard her think to him and growled a little. "Go away Giselle. I don't need you here." He turned his head away, wishing that she would just go away.

Giselle smirked to herself and she looked over her shoulder at him "fine then, have fun sleeping outside...in the rain." she chuckled to herself as she phased back with ease and she walked back inside her house closing the door behind her. She tied her hair up with a ribbon and she walked upstairs to her bathroom to take a hot shower before she went to bed. She was exhausted mentally and the shower would relax her tense muscles enough for her to fall asleep. She looked out of the window as she heard thunder crack and she turned the faucet on and stepped in showering quickly incase the power went out

Paul looked up at when she said have fun sleeping in the rain. He looked up at the clouds as it started to sprinkle. He sighed and rested his head back down on his paws, hoping that he would relax enough to phase soon. He closed his eyes for a few minutes and phased back to a human. He stood up and grinned then made a face as soon as he realized he was naked. He sighed and looked around before running to his house and walking inside. He quickly ran upstairs to his room and shut the door, locking it behind him. Paul sighed and leaned against the door, happy that he was human again and didn't have to sit in the rain all night.

Giselle hummed to herself as she got out of the shower and she slowly brushed out her hair and she looked in the floor length mirror that she had in her bedroom before she knelt before her bed and slowly pulled out a large chest. She tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear before she slowly opened it. This was the most important thing to her. It was the secrets of their ancestors and the key to her tribe. This chest was her life.

Paul took a few relaxing breathes then got up, walking into his bathroom. He jumped in the shower and took a quick one before getting out and drying off. He threw on a pair of shorts then climbed into bed, falling asleep almost immediately.

Giselle chuckled quietly to herself and she looked over in her mirror. She stood up slowly after sliding the box back and she looked around her home when she heard a few small creaks in the floorboards. Giselle paused in she flew downstairs to find her father sprawled out on the back patio-dead. Her eyes hardened and she cupped her hands over her mouth and she let out a loud howl.

Paul quickly jumped awake hearing a loud howl. He rubbed his eyes then looked around, not exactly sure what he just heard. He was wondering if he didn't just dream the howl and it was just really realistic. He shrugged a little then closed his eyes, trying to go back to sleep.
