The Twilight Saga

Twilight Relation: There are vampires in the other {Shadow} realm.

*Plot*

Once there was a world known to many; Its name was Earth.  This world thrived and prospered, and many watched as it mantained life over the course of millions of years. The most sucessful species, humans, ruled the land with no fear.  However, they forgot one thing.

They were not the only ones that existed in this universe.

There once was a small town huddled in a hillside in England.  Not many people bothered with or knew about that town, but it was a nice and peaceful place to live at. There was green grass and meadows as far as the eye could see. There was also bright forests that lined the horizon, and a large hill where one could watch the sunset as the vibrant colors cascaded over the twilight sky.  There was a creek that ran through the forest, and provided a source of water to the people in the town.  The forest contained many twists and turns of old, worn out, and downtrodden paths. Old rusted train tracks cut through the forest, and an abandoned railroad station stood on the borderline of the forest.

14 year old, Chisa Inira, has always wanted to see a train pass through the old tracks, but her mother had to remind her that the last time a train passed through was over a century ago. One day, Chisa and a few of her friends decide to play down by the railroad tracks. They began to throw a ball back and forth, playing a game of catch. They squeal in laughter. Everything seems like a perfect evening, but it becomes a nightmare in a second. The breeze picks up and the trees start to sway. Chisa throws on her jacket and calls it quits, but a loud whistle screeched in the distance. "Run!" Chisa screamed, and her and her friends stumbled off the railroad. A shadowy train appeared, riding the tracks like a creature prowling in the darkness.

This train was like no else. The whistle sounded once more, and ghostly dark smoke blew from the pipe at the top.

It was indeed, a train made from darkness and shadows. A train that may change Chisa and her friends life forever.

"Ticket, Please."

*Important Notes*

-The shadow train leads into an alternate realm much like earth, however, the people who inhabit this place are shadows/spirits.

-Upon entering the shadow realm, you cannot re-enter the train back to earth unless you find the key.

-All shadow people resemble something specific.

-Staying with shadow people or mingling with them can slowly make you one as well.

-After entering the realm, you must look for a key that unlocks the train door. Without this key, there is no hope of ever returning.

-Shadow people don't have names, but when they shape-shift to humans, they use an alias.

-Some of the shadow people can take forms of regular humans, vampires, or animals, watch out!

Name: Chisa Inira

Age: 14

Gender: Female

Bio: As a young girl, Chisa had always been interested in the stars and the moon. She had always wondered if there was another place out there besides Earth. Her parents discouraged her interests and studies, but she persisted with them anyways. After moving to her current town, she had become more interested in the old train tracks, and had always longed for a train to pass through. Her parents still discouraged her, never the less, but the flames in her eyes were never distinguished.

Personality: She's very childish, despite her age. She always complains when things don't go her way, and she loves to be the boss of things. She can be very clumsy at times, and bad at decision making, but that doesn't mean she can't be loving and caring. She finds her friends precious, and would do anything to save or help them.

Name: Kaito Nakamura

Age: 17

Gender: Male

Bio: Kaito's parents died in an accident 7 years ago. His older brother, Shin, is the one who takes care of him. Even as a kid he had a huge imagination. Ghosts, other dimensions, pirates, romance, you name it. Kaito would always tell stories that he came up with to his parents. His parents, being fiction writers, encouraged his imagination. However, his brother did not. Once their parents died, Shin didn't allow Kaito to say any more of his 'stories' and instead got him to play violin. Kaito loves playing the violin and is one of the few things he is very serious about. Kaito has always been curious about the train tracks, but not as much as the others.

Personality: Kaito is a very loud, bright and happy guy. He is very simple-minded and finds a lot of things to be fascinating. He has a lot of energy... too much actually. He could run around for hours and not get tired. It's practically impossible to make him mad. He's always smiling and forgiving to anyone who does his wrong. Kaito comes off as a careless fool a lot. He does have his sweet moments and hates it when people are sad- especially if it's someone he cares about. He is very protective of the ones he loves. Kaito is very imature sometimes and is always scolded by his older brother. Nobody has ever seen this kid cry or get mad.

Friend or foe of the humans?: Nobody knows. She acts like their friend sometimes but sometimes doesn't.

Backstory/History: Aya hardly remembers anything about her past. She doesn't know wether she died or if she stayed with the shadows too long. All she knows for sure is that she was human. Sometimes she has small flashbacks of her past. However it's usually small things like her being in a room (which she thinks was her bedroom) and two people arguing. She doesn't try to know more about her past. She loves anything black and usually comes off as a distant, shady, and dark person, which is one of the reasons people don't usually approach her.

Name: Alec Morgen

Age: 16

Gender: Male

Bio: Growing up, Alec was always a trickster and was very rarely serious. He loved to read Sci Fi stories and comic books, constantly marveling and wishing that he could be in one of those stories, coming alive as one of the characters and living a seperate life in another world. His mother discouraged the idea of his fantasies, but his father always patted him on the back, urging him to keep dreaming. Because, as his father said, dreams have strange ways of coming alive. When he heard the story of the Shadow Train, he was instantly amused and tagged along with Chisa to go to the train tracks.

Personality: He laughs at a lot, makes inappropriate jokes everynow and then, and often smiles to the point where it's contagious. He wouldn't harm a fly, and often trusts others to easily. He's kind, sweet, although his manners could be better...

Alias: Gweneth

Shape-shifter or vampire?: Vampire

Friend or foe of the humans?: She tends to sway back and forth depending on whether or not she is thirsty.

Backstory/History: Gweneth, unfortunately, doesn't remember any of her past life. Occasionally, she'll see images of bits and pieces of her childhood, but not enough to piece together anything important. Though she tries not to think of her past of the way she died, it constantly weighs in the back of her mind, beckoning her to discover more about herself. Gweneth tends to have a rude nature, which most likely keys back to her past. Because of being a vampire, it's hard for her to stay near humans for a long time. She wants to, sure, but most of them decide to stay away because of her aggressive nature and thirst for blood.

Alias: Vincent Duccan

Shape-shifter or Vampire?: Shape-shifter

If shape-shifter, what does it shape-shift into?: Human and a python

Friend or foe to the humans: Foe.

Back story/History: Unlike most shadows, Vincent remembers most of his past. He knows he was human, and that he had a younger sister. While being human, he cared for his sister a lot and often became too overly protective over her. His mother was diagnosed with tuberculosis and unfortunately died when he was a mere nine and his sister only seven. After his mother’s death, he became rude, sharp-tongued, and didn’t care for his sister as much as he should have at the time. His father was at a loss of what to do about Vincent, as he was hanging out with the wrong people and being in the wrong places. His father would strictly tell him to not hang out with those people or to not talk back to him as Vincent did so often, but Vince refused and continued to be rude and argumentative. He took the train to the Shadow Realm one breezy night and hung out with the shadows for too long, thus turning into one himself. Now, with the influence of other shadows, he hates humans, regrets being human, and hates to be near them. He’d much rather do without them in the Shadow Realm.

Alias: Angelica Mercury

Shape-shifter or vampire?: Shape-shifter

If shape-shifter, what does it shape-shift into?: Human; Rabbit

Friend or foe of the humans?: Foe

Backstory/History:  Remarkably, Angelica remembers how she died and what her life as a human was like, but she hates that life and wished it was never there. She recalled the many times she would be hurt in school from insults and terrible comments, and she recalled the time when she was so mad that she took her anger out on her pet rabbit by beating. She ended up killing the rabbit, and she never forgave herself. She remembered when her little brother would scream and cry at her for hurting the rabbit. One day, she went down to the lake, where she boarded the local train. Sadly, the train crashed, and the passengers were all dead, including Angelica. What she saw before she died – was a black rabbit.

She can be very energetic and hyper, and she loves to cause trouble and hurt others. She also whines a lot and asks questions frequently. She also has a hard time staying on task, and she rambles on most of the time. She also is very childish, and loves candy.

She would do anything to have him, even if it involved killing someone. After Ichirou’s death, Amaya couldn’t take the world without him in her life, and so she committed suicide. She is now the conductor for the train, and still has an obsession with him. One thing that she wouldn’t do, however, is tell Ichirou his past.

Alias:  Atticus

Shape-shifter or vampire?: Vampire

Friend or foe of the humans?: Foe

Backstory/History: As a young child, Atticus was abandoned by his birth parents, and sent to an orphanage.  This was mainly because his parents did not want him, not because of any disorders. He grew up there, but was always more violent than the other children. He made fun with dead animals that he found on the side of the street. He once brought a dead baby bird back to the orphanage to scare the other children. He was always described as morbid, downright insane, and sadistic. He was so mentally unstable that no one ever adopted him. At around age twelve, he began to go completely crazy. He was like this because he thought that no one would ever love him. At age sixteen, he committed suicide. Ever since then, he has lived in the shadow realm, and has been mentally corrupt, but manages to keep a low and steady profile there.

(Sorry guys, haven't been on for the past day or so, been quite busy. And I guess its a little late, but I'm going to miss you Rping with us, Felecia. I do hope that you RP here with us every one in a while. ^^)

Angelica-

Angelica smiled triumphantly. She put her hands on her hips and looked down at the vampire, who had been swept off her fee and had banged her head against the cart. She let out a small chuckle, but then she realized that Gweneth's gaze became darker and filled with anger. She stood and looked over her. "Call for Ichirou! Surely your prince will save you!" She spat out, mocking her with narrowed eyes. She spit saliva off the edge of the cart, and dragged her one foot along the cart, leaving streaks of blood behind. She grinned widely and looked down the to the vampire, who was now licking her fangs with satisfaction. She crouched down and prepared from another blow -- which she assumed would not be any less painful than the last.

Ichirou-

Ichirou kneeled on the ground. He was clutching his stomach where Axel had kicked him and looking up at Axel with a grin. He chuckled a bit, and spat blood on the ground. "Funny? I'm merely laughing for the excitement of this battle. I'm partly laughing at myself as well, for letting you inflict such terrible and nasty wounds." He used his shirt sleeve to wipe away the blood from his chin and stood shakily. He dragged himself to Axel, and jumped with all his might in the air, bringing his foot down hard on Axel's head. He was amazed at himself that in the condition he was in he could still pull off a pathetic move like that -- well, pathetic in his mind. He laughed and licked the blood from his hand. That urge came normal to him, due to the fact that he was in somewhat 'related' to a cat. "Do you enjoy lying on that ground, foxy?"

Chisa-

Chisa nodded. She had scrapped her arms a bit when Vincent had thrown them back, and she had hit the pavement.  She carefully covered the scrap. She was ashamed to be alarmed over such a small wound when the others almost had their body's ripped apart. She shivered and scurried back to where her friends where. She watched fearfully on her knees as Mei and Vincent battled, gasping when either one of them got hurt. She then noticed that Vincent was making Mei sit down on the bench. She stared at them confused. What was going on? Chisa questioned herself in her mind. She dare not speak it aloud, in fear that Vincent may try to hurt her or the others.

Gweneth shook her head, trying not to let the mocking get to her. Idiot was all she could think at the moment. "You're annoying, don't you know that?" she questioned, standing up and kicking her in the stomach, her heel ripping through Angelica's shirt. "To drink or not to drink?" she mused to herself, grinning wickedly. "Ah, it's a good thing the answer is simple." She leaped for Angelica, her fangs bared. Unfortunately, she didn't think it would be all that safe to go for Angelica's neck. Instead, she grabbed onto her wrist and sank her fangs through Angelica' flesh, blood rushing into her mouth. It was delicious, of course. Fresh, non-dead blood was always good, and Gweneth nearly lost herself in sweet, sweet ecstasy.

-

Vincent willingly sat down on the bench next to her. He needed to sit just as much as she did, so he wasn't about to refuse. He glanced over at her when she asked him a question, and tilting his head, his fingers fumbling around in his pocket until they clasped tightly around a pocket knife. "I have a pocket knife," he said, taking it out and handing it to her. He rolled his eyes at her next sentence. "Well, what the hell was I supposed to do? Let you choke me? I don't think so. Just be glad I didn't kick your broken ribs."

-

Alec looked to Chisa and frowned. "Are you alright?" he asked, noticing that she had scraped her arms. He noticed how she gasped every moment Mei or Vincent were hurt, and he didn't blame her. At the time, he wanted to gasp as well. That's why he had to tell both of them to stop before. He was glad he did so, otherwise there would be too much blood for him to take. He was nauseas at the sight of a little blood, this had almost become too much for him to bear.

(Agh, sorry, I was on for such a short time today. >-< I gtg, 3 tests to study for tomorrow (If we even have school due to the snow storm coming through). Goodnight guys!)

(I don't think the snow is supposed to hit until the afternoon, unfortunately. Goodnight Meo!)

Axel fell on the floor the instant Ichirou's foot made contact with his head. "Oooooooooooooow." he wailed. Okay.... that hurt..... a lot. He sat up and lifted his hand to his head. He felt woozy and nauseaus. These were signs of major head trauma, no? He remembered reading about it when he was human. He brought his hand down and gasped when he saw that his hand had blood on it. He looked up and noticed blood falling to his lid. He wiped it away with the back of his hand."That doesn't count. I didn't use my hands to beat you." he said, his voice still calm. That was just how he always spoke though.  He was starting to get really mad at Ichirou. If he were human, that move would have definitely killed him. "Seems like I have to take you seriously from now on." he said putting his hands back in his pockets. He stood up and lifted his leg and kicked Ichirou on his side. He was still trying to regain his composure so that kick wasn't as hard as his other ones.

-

"Thank you." Mei said taking the pocket knife. She flipped the blade out and looked at him. "I didn't think you'd give this to me." she said while grabbing a chunk of her hair. "How do you know I'm not going to stab you in the head with it?" she asked. She looked at it for a while and sighed "It's too dull." she said handing it back to him. She needed a haircut. Her hair had gotten insanely long and it got in her way. "Well you started it. You shouldn't have kicked me. That hurt a lot." she said, looking at her leg. She spotted a big bruise where he kicked her.

-

Kaito looked at Vincent and Mei, then back to Ichirou and Axel, Gweneth and Angelica. Were they going to end up like Mei and Vincent? Or were they really going to kill each other? If Gweneth or Ichirou is in trouble, will Mei step in to help, despite her condition? Would Vincent do the same for Ichirou and Gweneth?

Vincent turned quickly to look at Axel, in case he needed help. He let out a sigh of relief when Axel stood up again, before turning his attention back to Mei. "I knew you wouldn't. You care too much about the humans to kill in front of them, don't you? Besides, you said before that you didn't like to see anyone in pain," he responded and raised an eyebrow. "It works for me, though I suppose I don't cut my hair with it." He sighed and took the pocket knife back, sliding it back in his pocket. "I was only doing that while hoping that you would let me be while taking care of the humans." He rolled his eyes once more, before letting out a small laugh. "Yeah? Well it hurt a lot when you slammed my face into that metal bar."

-

"I hope this entire thing is over soon," Alec said quietly, so that he could barely be heard. He was too worried and anxious about all of this. Not only that, but he couldn't help but wonder if he was going to get Post Traumatic Stress Disorder from everything that has been going on. It seemed likely.

Angelica-

Angelica frowned. "Am I?" she asked, liking her lips. "I'll do whatever it take to get to those humans though.'  She grimaced when Gweneth's shoe heel ripped through her shirt. She felt it rip some of the skin of her stomach, and she yelped with pain.  Angelica screamed when the vampire sunk her fangs into her wrist. She collapsed and screeched in pain as she saw Gweneth with her wrist still in her mouth. Soon, the feeling of her arm was numb, and she could barely move. She twitched, and knew that there wasn't much she could do. Turning into a rabbit wouldn't save her, it would just immediately kill her, since she would be so tiny. Her one foot was injured, and her free hand was covering the wound on her stomach, trying to stop the blood flow. With all the might she had, she gritted her teeth together and swung her uninjured leg up, side kicking Gweneth on her legs. Her blows weren't extremely forceful, and she doubted that they would help, but that was all her body would allow her to do right now. She didn't even know where she was kicking Gweneth, due to the fact that the loss of blood was at an extremely dangerous level, causing her to become fatigue and loose some of her conscience. She tried to shake the affects off, but she was growing weary.

Ichirou-

Ichirou laughed. "You should have been taking me serious the whole battle, my friend, for I do not kid around when it comes to life of death matters." Ichirou winced as he kicked his side. Sure, it was forceful, but not like any of the other blows he had inflicted. He grinned and said, "That really hurt....Was that to just piss me off?" He stood up straight and brought his leg over and landed it around Axel's neck. He was getting angry now, and he only thought to attack in the vital areas. What that a bad idea? Ichirou thought to himself silently, as he pulled his foot back to the ground.

Chisa-

"This is bizarre." Chisa remarked. One minute, Vincent and Mei had been almost killing each other, and now they were having a mutual talk on the bench as if they were perfect friends? No, this isn't right, nor did it make sense. Risking it, she spoke up. "What in the world is going on?" She asked, pointing a finger at them. "One minute, you're fighting to the death, and now your talking on the bench as if your great friends?" Chisa knew that she was going to get a hit from Vincent for this, or so she thought. It was confusing, but she wouldn't doubt his sensitivity to her comment.

(Whoa, guys, I copied and pasted all of our replies onto a Word Document, and it came out to be 96 pages. :O)

(I did that too! :D)

-

Angelica's scream woke Gweneth up from nearly losing herself in the taste of the blood. Kicks from Angelica hit her legs and she quickly removed herself away from the rabbit girl, a trickle of blood running down her chin. What was she doing, exactly? She didn't want to kill Angelica, and she nearly just did. She wiped the back of her hand across her mouth and chin, staining her sleeve with blood. "Go grab your friends and leave," she sneered. "If you don't, I'll kill you. I'll drink you dry and you'll never live again." She bared her fangs once more to show that she was serious, though in reality she was doing this in hopes that Angelica would just leave. She wouldn't actually kill her. She wasn't as cruel as some people think she is. She wanted Angelica, Axel, and Vincent to just leave. Her stomach was in pain and bleeding, her shoulder felt like it was being pulled on brutally, and her head ached, nearly blurring her vision. She had hoped that drinking some of Angelica's blood would help those side effects go away, but so far it did nothing but cure her thirst.

Angelica-

Angelica scurried to the end of the cart, and looked up in complete fear at Gweneth. She nodded with wide eyes, and turned into a rabbit before hopping off the still moving rollercoaster. She hopped from beam to beam of the rollercoaster, until she finally made it to the ground. She stood on her hind legs, twitched her whiskered and looked at Gweneth, who was still atop the moving coaster. She shrugged and hopped away, before arriving at where the others where. She quickly transformed back into a human before entering their view point. She spat blood on the ground, and sat on a bench. "I want to go home, Vincent, this isn't fun anymore." Angelica whined, as if she was a little child.

Gweneth watched as Angelica hopped from bar to bar until she reached the ground. She would grin triumphantly at the moment, though she was far too pained to do so. She waited carefully for the rollercoaster to arrive back under the hut thing ((I couldn't think of what it was called XD)) and jumped off, only to trip on her feet and fall, landing on her stomach. She hissed in pain and carefully stood up on shaky legs. She was worried before that Angelica would end up throwing her off the rollercoaster, but she was glad that that didn't happen. If it did, the safety nets wouldn't have been able to hold her, and she would have, most likely, died. Good thing that didn't happen. She slowly walked over to where the humans and Mei were, eyes alert and weary. She had never been so glad to see them or Mei in her life. Alive and breathing, their chests moving rhythmically with every breath they took. Mei looked terrible, she noticed. Vincent must have nearly killed her, and yet now they were sitting next to each other as if nothing had happened? What. The. Hell. Gweneth turned a sickly pale the instant she saw both Vincent and Angelica near the humans and Mei. She noticed her breathing had quickened and that her head felt as if someone was pounding on it. She quickly maneuvered her way towards the humans and laid down on the ground, breathing heavily and trying to calm herself down. Why were Mei and Vincent talking to each other? Having conversation when they both nearly just killed each other? What happened to Mei? Was she alright? Were any bones of hers broken? Were the humans all alright? What about Ichirou? He wasn't sitting down yet, so Axel and him must still be fighting, right? The questions raced through her mind and left as quickly as they came, leaving her with a blank mind to just stare at the sky above.

-

Vincent looked at Chisa. "This conversation isn't one that great friends would have, is it?" he asked. He didn't think it was, but if it was true, he would have no way of knowing. He hasn't had any great friends in a long time. "We aren't great friends. I just figured that, so that she won't murder me, I'd try to be the least bit polite." He looked to Angelica with worried eyes. Her stomach was bleeding, as was her wrist and her foot. Two of the marks on her were obviously from Gweneth's boots, but the marks on her wrist worried him. "Are you alright?" he asked her worriedly. "We have to wait for Axel, then we can leave, okay?"

Angelica-

Angelica stomped her feet on the ground and pouted. "But I want to go now! Besides, can't Axel catch up later?" she said in a snarky tone.  "I want to get the blood cleaned off of me and I want some candy!" Angelica soon stopped and turned to see Gweneth not far from them, "What do you want vampire? I thought I left you stranded on the coaster? Or did your prince save you? I knew you would call for him sooner or later." she said slyly before giggling. She began mocking her by imitating her with a high pitch voice. "Oh, Ichirou! Come save me!" She began to laugh and threw her head back in joy-filled giggles. She soon stopped and looked over at Axel. "Hurry up already! I'm tired of waiting on you!"

Chisa-

"Well, it may not seem that you're great friends, but still. Even the fact that you sit down and talk mutually in the middle of a battle between two enemies is absurd!" She stifled laughter as his last comment. "She almost murdered you? Besides, you aren't supposed to be polite to your enemies." Chisa was trying to make the conversation fade away, but it stayed. She even questioned herself why she made the decision to spring up and start pointing fingers. It was not like she was trying to encourage the battle or anything --- she was better off without one in the first place, but she was confused at the moment. Surely, this would have happened if these shadows were humans.

(Short. :O)

Gweneth sat up as soon as she heard Angelica started mocking her. She had enough. Enough of her, enough of it all. Screw not killing her. She'd kill her right now in front of the humans if she had to. "You're a *beep* annoying little brat, that's what you are!" she screamed, standing up and knocking Angelica off of the bench and on the ground. "I thought I told you that I'd murder you if you didn't let me be," she hissed and placed the heel of her boot on Angelica's neck. She narrowed her eyes. "I don't think I'm even going to drink the rest of your blood anymore. I think I'll just poke a hole in your neck so that you'll bleed to death. Would you like that, Angelica?" She leaned over, closer to Angelica's face. "Would the little brat like to die in such a way?"

Vincent glared. "We just stopped fighting, and I agreed to try not to murder you today, as you humans saved my life. I can always take that back though, I can murder you right now if you'd like me to," he snapped and looked back to Angelica. "We're waiting for him. You can have as much candy as you want later." He shook his head quickly and stood from the bench, grabbing Gweneth by the hair and throwing her to the ground. "Don't touch her, ever again. You hear me, vampire? Never again. If you even so much as get up off of the ground, I'll scream in your ears so that you can never hear again and I'll rip your eyes out so that you can never see again." He blinked. Was that going to get him killed? He shrugged the thought off and watched as Gweneth stayed on the ground, eyes wide and shaking.
