Bella and Edward or Tanya and Edward?

I am adding all of the posts up here after a couple of weeks of leaving them in the comments section, so look in the later pages for the new parts.


Bpov

I stood looking out the window onto the huge yard surrounding the Cullen’s house, well, my house. It was more than I ever could have. A beautiful house, a loving family, a caring daughter, and a husband that was all of those things and more.
Edward was out of town for the week, and no matter how much I begged, he would not let me or Renesmee go with him. It was a long week, but today he would be back. I awaited his arrival.
In the distance I heard a laugh and a rumble. It was Edward, and Renesmee started to laugh her crystal laugh. It was a good feeling to hear that laughter again, because since Jacob had left, we had not heard it much.
Edward walked through the door, his hair dripping with the water crystals that also coated the ground.

Epov

I wound around the streets, passing all the houses which were so familiar to me. I was going back to my house, to bella and Renesmee, and I had not seen them in a week. When I got there, the three of us would all go hunting, because for all that the two of them knew, I hadn’t been in over a week, and I was going to go with the two of them.
In my mind the pictures of this week floated. I had been “away” as I had told bella, and for all she knew, she was the only one I loved. Boy was she wrong. Tanya and I had a great time this week, and as long as Alice had not seen what I had been up to, then I think that bella would be clueless.
I turned onto the winding drive that went up to the house. I heard renesmees laugh pierce the silence, and smiled. I loved Renesmee, and I was afraid to hurt her. I parked the car, and went into the house. Bella and Renesmee were instantly by my side.

Bpov
I ran with Renesmee over to Edward’s side.
“Edward, we missed you so much, now can you tell us what you were doing?” I asked him.
“Ummmmmmmmmm…… I was out of town visiting Peter and Charolette. Jasper asked me to, and I wanted to do that for him.”
I accepted his response, even though I could hear the reluctance in his voice, as if he had been hiding something from me. I trusted him enough to think that it was nothing bad though.

Epov
“Edward, we missed you so much, now can you tell us what you were doing?” Bella asked me.
“Ummmmmmmmmm…….,” I hesitated thinking of a response because I knew that if I said “Oh honey, I was with Tanya up in Denali. I love her, and I choose her over you. We are over,” it would not go so well so I just said “I was out of town visiting Peter and Charolette. Jasper asked me to, and I wanted to do that for him.” I knew that she could hear the lie in my voice, but she trusted me.

Bpov
I looked at his eyes. They had bruise like shadows under his eyes. He was thirsty.
“Edward, why don’t we go hunting,” I suggested.
“Sure. I could go for a few mountain lions. Where would you like to go?”
“How about that reservation down by San Fransisco? It has a mountain lion and a bear problem, something for the both of us to take care of. Renesmee can even get the birds that I know she likes.” Renesmee laughed then and started chanting “blue, blue, blue” as if to reinforce the idea.
We left that afternoon, just the three of us. The rest of the Cullen’s had already gone hunting, and for some odd reason, whenever Edward had walked into the room where everybody else was, it got quiet.

Epov
Bella wanted to go hunting, and I knew that she needed it. The bruises under her eyes were such a dark purple that they were almost black.
I walked into the living room to see if anybody else wanted to go hunting with us. The minute that I walked in everything got quiet, but I could still read their minds.
“How could you, your going to break her heart when she figures out.” Screamed Alice’s mind
“As my son I thought I raised you better than that,” said a disappointed Carlisle.
“ YOU JERK! YOU UTTER JERK! YOU CHEATING JERK!,” came from Emmett’s head
“And everybody calls me the jerk,” Rosalie thought
And from Esme’s head “why?”
I walked from the room, and Bella and I left.

Bpov
The entire time that the three of us were gone, Edward was acting weird as though he was hiding something from me. It seemed this way since he got back from visiting Peter and Charlotte, so I decided to confront him about it.
“Edward, what’s wrong? Did something happen when you went down to visit peter and charlotte?” I had asked him.
“No, why do you think that?”
“Because, ever since you came back from visiting them, you have been acting weird. I want to know what happened, I want to help you, but you are not telling me what happened.”
“Okay, Bella, just promises that you wont get mad at me?”
“Edward, you can tell me anything.”
“Okay, well, I lied to you about where I had been. The truth is that…”

Epov
I could not stop thinking about what had happened this past week. Bella could sense that something was bothering me, well, she thought something was bothering me. It was really just pleasuring me though. Eventually, she brought it up.
“Edward, what’s wrong? Did something happen when you went down to visit peter and charlotte?”
“No, why do you think that?” Great. She was onto me, and I knew that eventually she would figure it out, but now was not the time.
“Because, ever since you came back from visiting them, you have been acting weird. I want to know what happened, I want to help you, but you are not telling me what happened.”
She wanted to help me with what? I may have looked upset, but I had never been happier. I felt bad though, because when I gave her the chance, she chose me over the dog, so if she got hurt now, it was her fault. I decided to tell her the truth.
“Okay, Bella, just promises that you wont get mad at me?”
“Edward, you can tell me anything.”
She might change her mind once she hears the truth.
“Okay, well, I lied to you about where I had been. The truth is that…” I took a deep breath. “I was-” a knock at the door stopped me. I sniffed the air, and Renesmee laughed meaningfully. A dog smell filled the air.

Bpov
The smell of a werewolf filled the air. I got up and ran to the window, expecting to see Seth, but it was no he who I saw. I burst out in what would have been tears of happiness, except for the fact that I could not cry. It was a more familiar face and one that I missed.
Jacob. My Jacob.
I pulled open the door and ran into his arms.
“Jeez Bells! It’s only me!”
“Only, Jake? Come on. Though that may be true, I haven’t seen you in so long. I have missed you!”
Renesmee chimed in then. “Jakie!!!!!” and then she ran into his arms.
“Nessie! What’s up. Have your parents been good to you?”
“Yes they have.”
“So Bells, did I interrupt anything? You and Edward seemed to be pretty into whatever it was you were talking about.
“ Oh yeah, we were just discussing his trip he took.” I looked to Edward,” So what was it that you were going to tell me?”
He sighed, “You don’t forget stuff easily. Well… First, Jake, can you and Nessie give us a moment alone? Bella might kill me… literally.”
“Ummm, sure.” Jake replied, probably kind of hoping that I would kill him and that he could help me if it did happen.
They left and then Edward looked at me and sighed again.
“Bella, you promised that you wouldn’t get mad at me, and so this is why I am telling you this. The truth is that I was with Tanya up in Denali.”
“So, Why would I be mad about that?” So what? He was with his “cousins” up there. What reason do I have to be mad about that unless… Understanding came then. He was not with her- he was WITH her.
“WHAT? HOW COULD YOU, YOU CHEATED ON ME, AND THEN YOU EXPECT ME NOT TO GET MAD? OF COURSE I AM MAD! WE HAVE A DAUGHTER, A HOUSE, AND A FAMILY TOGETHER AND YOU CHOOSE TANYA? WHAT WAS I? A PLOY TO GET HER JEALOUS? HOW DARE YOU DO THAT TO ME? WE ARE THROUGH!” I screamed at him, how could he have done this to me?

Epov
The dog was back. His thoughts of course were directly aimed for Renesmee. “Let me in I need to see Renesmee.” Was all he was thinking. Bella ran to the door. She gasped when she saw that it was not Seth, who she was expecting, but her long lost werewolf friend, Jacob. She would have been crying if her body had not been frozen.
She pulled open the door and ran into his arms. This was a good sign for me though, it mean that when she figured out about Tanya, she could go to Jacob like she used to the last time that I left her, but this time, it would be different. Jacob loved her now, but was in love with Renesmee. Bella would have to find somebody else.
Jacob hadn’t changed at all though. As they hugged he thought “See? She still loves me, and if you hadn’t knocked her up, WE would be together.” To bella though he said “jeez bells, it’s only me!”
“Only, Jake? Come on. Though that may be true, I haven’t seen you in so long. I have missed you!”
Renesmee chimed in then. “Jakie!!!!!” and then she ran into his arms.
“Nessie! What’s up. Have your parents been good to you?”
“Yes they have.”

“So, Why would I be mad about that?”
She looked at me and I leaned over and kept staring at her until understanding came.
“WHAT? HOW COULD YOU, YOU CHEATED ON ME, AND THEN YOU EXPECT ME NOT TO GET MAD?” I think that all of the ‘I won’t get mad’ stuff was garbage. “ OF COURSE I AM MAD! WE HAVE A DAUGHTER, A HOUSE, AND A FAMILY TOGETHER AND YOU CHOOSE TANYA? WHAT WAS I? A PLOY TO GET HER JEALOUS? HOW DARE YOU DO THAT TO ME? WE ARE THROUGH!” She screamed at me. I knew that this would be the end, and I got up and walked away with her still screaming.
