well he imprinted on BELLA's daughter so his seccond love is Bella. If Bella and Edward wouldnt have gotten married He would have imprinted on Bella.

Exactly remember he tried but he did not imprint on her He loves her the human way traditionaly he fell in love with her after time

Well because if the Edward's voice in Bella's mind when she broke her peromise, she would have problaly Killed herself! If edward ever did come back she would have been dead.
