Wow the casting call for extras... Wait what do they mean by extras? Like just random people from the caves like Violeta and others that we don't really hear abt? Btw when I saw the dressing rules I was like Yes!!! They're actually looking @ the right characteristics... I mean don't wear makeu and hair products bc in the caves they won't b able to!!! Omg so excited for the host movie!!!

CASTING CALL: Fit, Athletic Extras for THE HOST Thursday Feb. 2nd (Baton Rouge)

The feature film, "The Host," written and directed by Andrew Niccol (Gattaca, In Time), based on the Stephanie Meyer (Twilight Series) book, will be filming in the Baton Rouge area beginning Mid-February.

We'll need some athletic, attractive, well-kept, put-together extras on the tall side (Men 5'10" an up, women 5'6" and taller).

Men and women of all ethnicities, between 18 and 50, who fit the above description are welcome to attend our Casting Call! 

If interested, stop by our office (address below) and we'll take your photo on site (please don't bring one-- we'll just throw it away) and collect some information about you on a Size Card (height, weight, etc.) It's a chance for us to see you "in real life," which, because there aren't very many extras on this show, is very important to the director, who is very specific about what he wants.

LOCATION: 9215 Interline Avenue, First Floor, Baton Rouge LA 70809

TIME: Between 10:00AM and 3:00PM-- whenever you can make it. Should take about 20 minutes.

WARDROBE: Please, little or NO makeup/ hair product. The director is in to a more natural look. Please come in neat, clean casual to business-casual clothes that show off your body type, but nothing shiny or bright-- natural/ neutral tones are best (think greys, browns and khakis)

I heard that they're going to ASK the society about the ACTA. Doh! As if they didn't see the reaction yet! Grrr...

@ AgiK, it actually is really sad, no over reacting. It's like an invasion of privacy. I didn't actually think anything like that would happen, bu guess I was wrong... :/

It may be. That's why we hate it so much. I mean I'm not going to post Bruno Mars's (or anyone else's) songs anywhere, I never did that, but the problem is my computer may be watched by someone and if they see me checking some page or download... I don't know, the TV series to watch it, they can take my computer just because they THINK I may do something illegal. Of course on the paper it doesn't look so bad but I bet the police will use it. My Internet master will have an order to check on me and send a message (no idea? to the police?) with information about me.

It is all... just sad. There is no word for it. :(
