I went to the midnight screening & again on the following Sat, I told my 12yo she couldn't attend the mn premier cuz it was sch nite yaddayadda but I'd take her goldclass on the Sat. Well she was happy, enuff said but shortly after a gf asks me to the mn screening with a group. How could I say no? So I had to covertly 'sneak' out the house @ 10pm for my ride. My dd is still blissfully unaware of my deception...heehee. I'll bring her along for BD for sure.
That aside I loved Eclipse, totally, David Slade is a film master & I would like to see this 'dark' aspect kept intact for BD. It gives the otherwise soppy Bellaview abit of an edge. The only downer was the missing 'leg hitching' scene I was looking forward to that :) But you can't have it all I guess.

Well I got to see Eclipse last night for the first time and loved it!! My friend & I were so happy we were tempted to sneak back in to the next showing. Fab film, David Slade did an amazing job. Only downside is now waiting another year for BD.

Ramora I'm glad someone else was bothered by Bella's hair. Did you love the way it kept changing from scene to scene. Sometimes it was her hair. Other times it was one of many really bad wigs.

Well Eclipse was amazing!!! The only thing that annoyed me (and it's pretty insignificant) was Bella's hair!! It just kept shouting "I'm a wig, I'm a wig!" Even Rosalies hair looked better than usual!!

Quick Question: I have seen the move twice and listened to the soundtrack tons of times! Can anyone tell me when/where in the movie the song "Heavy in your Arm" comes in? It is driving me crazy! Thanks!

Top 10 Reasons to see Eclipse Again!
by MrsEdwardCullen on July 2, 2010

Most of us have already seen the third installment of The Twilight Saga:Eclipse. Well how many of us have seen it more than once already? *Raises hand* Whether it was Rosalie’s back story or Jasper’sstory or even the Quileute’s spirit wolf story, Eclipse was beyond Epic. Here are 10 reasons to see it again and again:

1. The Cullen Clan. Spending The Twilight Saga: New Moon in the shadows, The Family we have come to love and adore is back and ready to fight in Eclipse! With interesting back stories from Jasper (Jackson Rathbone) and Rosalie (Nikki Reed), fans are treated with a more in-depth look into the lives of vampires.

2. Vampire Newborns. With their intriguing red beady eyes, the newborn vampires offer the plot an interesting side story.

3. RPatty. The camera loves Robert Pattinson and when the soft light embraces his face, your alliances for werewolves will waver. Plus, The Twilight Saga: New Moon lacked major screen time from the star, but he more than makes up for it in Eclipse.

4. Love Triangle. Admit it; the torrid love triangle between Edward, Bella, and Jake drives you to see the film multiple times.

5. Massive Lutz. The actor got jacked to play the role of Emmet Cullen and he looks good! Taylor Lautner might spend a great deal of the film shirtless, but the strong presence of Emmet’s muscles made audience members swoon.

6. Kstew. Brilliant in this film, her angelic mannerisms are definitely worth emulating.

7. Direction.Eclipse director David Slade raised the bar for the Twilight Saga with his brilliant filmmaking ability. The film, which is largely focuses on close-ups of the characters, gives the viewers The Feeling of being in all the action.

8. Scenery. Filmed outside Vancouver, Canada, the sweeping vistas are breathtaking and will surely boost tourism up north.

9. Shirtless Taylor. Even if you are Team Edward, the site of Taylor Lautner’s perfect abs will have you daydreaming of werewolves!

10. Charlie St. Cloud Trailer. Before Eclipse even begins fans are treated to a bevy of new films that are on the helm of premiering, one of which stars High School Musical star Zac Efron. His new film Charlie St. Cloud (2010) which comes out in August and promises to be a must see!
