That kiss transferred enough warmth throughout his body to rid the chills that she previously gave him, making his face flush just slightly. He was never aware of much. He ran his tongue over his bottom lip and his eyebrows quirk up instantly at her question. "Oh so we wanna know the surprise? Nah babe. Not on my watch." He teased jokingly before directing her towards the street and waiting for the light. If he was alone-- surely he'd be like his friends dodging cars, but in this case he had a woman on his hands. It would be gentleman like to wait on the light right? He looked up at the night sky as the streets rumbled with the hustle and bustle of cars. Red. Red. Red. Finally after a long minute the hand on the traffic light turned green and he began to walk with her as others did the same-- some in a rush. It was 11pm and still New York was wide awake and lively. That was one thing he loved about home. He couldn't get himself to say anything to her at that moment because the shock was still fresh. The feelings weren't but the fact that he blatantly asked her on a date out of the blue and she automatically said yes kept him in a never ending emotion impacted frenzy. His friends were out of site and that only meant they were already long gone and probably acting like hormonal fools at the hot spot. Silence was best at the moment though and his friends couldn't guarantee it. Silence allowed them to easily take in each other for the time being before their bodies gyrated against each other on a dance floor and if she wasn't planning on conforming to his little mental picture of them that night, she had another thing coming. He was planning on giving her a good time. Dancing was his form of a good time and as he peeked over at her, watching her cheeks flush as she noticed him, he could tell that there a possibility him just being there with her was enough. He winked gently and their ears caught onto the loud bass before their eyes could tear away from each other and onto the scenery. Flaccid arms swung in the air, the stench of mixed fragrances-- both men and women's-- polluted the atmosphere, drinks slung wildly out of glasses, plastic red cups, and bottles-- and the lights seemed to dance all around the dark room making people look as if they had been possessed with lack of agility. It was a goddamn party and according to the long line they were close to passing right by, it was a good one.

There was nothing more satisfying that than a woman who didn't mind putting his moves to the test. He almost always came out victorious. As he looked down at her, his teeth grazed over his lips before he repositioned themselves to where she was in the companionship of his arms. He enveloped her body and guided her forward allowing their steps to fall in sync as they approached the front of the line only to hear the uproar from others. That was until the bouncer bellowed for them to keep calm or else they'd suffer moving to the end of the line, farther away from the liveliness. His chin nuzzled into her neck as he looked at the bouncer who looked anything but happy. "Blane." He directed, making the young boy give a cheeky grin. "Sup Tito, so how about you let me and my girl in." He retorted back with all too much familiarity, but it made the bouncer's face brighten with amusement. "It wouldn't be fair to the people who are ACTUALLY WAITING." He stated placing his emphasis in the sentence as Blane's eyes seemed to role to the back of his head. "Man screw them." He whispered before leaning forward which made Aphrodite do the same. He straightened up, his arms still around her before he pressed his face against hers, pouting cutely. "C'mon man. She's so damn beautiful-- you gotta let us in. Otherwise how the hell are you going to keep the hype going. You know I'm the life of the party." Confidence peaked from his words, but not too overwhelming to peg him as highly conceited. As the bouncer inspected her face so did a few others who figured out who she was. Yes, she wasn't widely known in America, but New York was a different story. The woman was on a roll and he just happened to be the lucky bastard capable of giving her a little ole fashion TLC. It couldn't have been more of a perfect time for him to process such thoughts because just as the bouncer seemed to let them into the dimly lit hot stop, Michael Jackson's PYT blasted through the surround sound and people's bodies began to change speed. Quickly Blane slipped before her and grabbed onto her hands, his legs stepping back in rhythm as the spot suddenly cleared. He could already notice behind him people taking notice in his moves. Hands slipping away from hers, he motioned her to stay put before he spun around, his lips moving to the words of the song as the crowd seemed to sway and jump and clap. If he was putting on any show, it would be for her. Only her. She served as his only muse. He slipped off his jacket and handed it to one of his friend's who seemed to have shown up with addition of helping clear the floor for him. Showtime.
