k lets be honest, i think Robert did a great job portraying Edward to the best of his abilities. BUT even if they got someone who is "more perfect" there would still be people saying that he (the other actor) isn't perfect enough because people have different opinions on what is and isnt considered good looking. Also no one in real life can be as perfect as a mental image.

wel,l i must say, i totally agree with you Angela Lautner. i also think that people love Robert Pattinson because they think he is the real life Edward. but the truth is, i dont think that Robert Pattinson is Edward. he is not perfect enough.

Team Jacob and not because of Taylor is playing him, but because I think that if Edward truly loved Bella he wouldn't of left her even if he that it was the right thing to do.

The meaning behind the set up of this is because Edward leaves, and she is left behind with Jacob. Jacob become attached to her, as she becomes more reliant on him. Then when Edward is back in the picture, Jacob doesn't want to let her go.

i can see why some people like are on team edward, but i dont think robert pattinson is as godly and unbelievably gorgeous as edward is supposed to be. i think the fans just like him because they think he is edward. i think taylor lautner looks exactly how jacob should look though - totally hot. i like my guys tall, dark, and handsome. :D
