I'm a nurse and a "mother-woman;" a sharing and caring person; I love the arts, especially music and literature; I love being on the beach better than most things; and, grandparenting IS as wonderful as reported.
When Did You First Read Twilight (year) and how many times have you read a Twilight Book (total)?
Sept. 2009. I read all 4 books of the saga in 5 days. I literally read till my eyesight was blurry. I waited till the next week, and re-read all 4 books. I am planning to re-read them again before going to see New Moon. ( I CAN'T WAIT!!!) I have also read all the short stories found on Stephenie Meyer's site including the sabotaged version of Edward's story "Midnight Sun." It's very sad that someone's eagerness has in effect deprived all of us.
Team Edward or Team Jacob? Why?
Team Bella!!!. Bella makes it all work.... She is loving, smart, and brave. Edward after finally finding the love of his life is willing to give all for Bella, even going away if that what it means for her to be safe. I do, however, admire Jacob. Jacob is like Edward in the way he will go against the rules of his "pack" for Bella as Edward did his family and vampire codes. I think it is harsh to judge Jacob against standards that Edward has attained by so many more years of living.
Edward and Jacob are both noble characters, loving and loyal.
Which Character Are You Most Like?
I am probably the most like Alice. I am quirky, diverse, and I do love beautiful things (in an ethereal sense).

**"...We, half dust, half deity, alike unfit, to sink or soar, with our mix'd essence make a conflict of its elements, and breathe the breath of degradation and of pride, contending with low wants and lofty will, till our mortality predominates" (Manfred, Act I, Scene II). -- Lord Byron 1788 - 1824.
**"No man is an Island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the Continent, a part of the main; if a clod be washed away by the sea, Europe is the less, as well as if a promontory were, as well as if a manor of thy friends or of thine own were; any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in Mankind; And therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; It tolls for thee". -John Donne, poet (1573-1631).
**"The tragedy of life is what dies in the hearts and souls of people while they live. "-- Albert Einstein.

**"I am only one, but I am still one. I cannot do everything, but still I can do something. And because I cannot do everything I will not refuse to do the something that I can do." -- Helen Keller.
I love sports... anything involving men and balls or fast cars... and playing fantasy sports. I love music, reading, doing needlework, and cooking as long as I don't have to do the dishes.Spending time with my grandchildren. My favorite thing in the whole world is sitting on the beach (preferably in Myrtle Beach) in my sand chair at the water's edge with my book, radio/MP3 player, and cooler all carefully arranged as I follow the tide up and down the beach... I'm a professional, do not attempt this on your own.
