Here's a little something I"m sure not many know about.
A Lover's Embrace
Of all the nights I've sat and stared,
through all the tears I've cried.
Waiting on my prince to come,
and open up my eyes.
Never have I heard him talk,
but whispers in the wind.
Embracing me through all my fears,
and erasing all my sin.
Looking up to see the stars,
shinning oh so bright.
And imagining him here,
would be such a sight.
But I know better to think such things,
for fear creeps into my heart.
That one day I'll wake up and find,
we're miles apart.
The warm embrace I feel right now,
could only be a dream.
For I know my prince is waiting for me,
and lossing him now would be mean.
The touch, the caress, the soft gentle kiss,
oh my Lord, could this really be true?
Turning my dreams into reality,
to see his bright shinning eyes of blue.
My prince lays beside me,
caressing my cheek.
Whispering sweet nothings,
and promising weeks.
Would this dream be never ending?
Could it stop on a dime?
My heart beats a little faster,
as I turn to see the time.
Merely weeks have passed by,
his promise stands tall.
While I look to where he laid and,
wait for his call.
"My darling, my love,
I long for your touch.
To have and to hold,
to caress and to love."
His words bring me to tears,
but the warmth I invite.
To have him here and,
holding me tight.
My love for him grows,
with each passing day.

Well Heather, I'm doing just fabulous if I do say so my self! Now, not keeping in touch is sort of my fault too, I need a very very long break. About 6-8 months off this site!...Whoops. It wasn't a very smart thing to do. I missed all my friends on here. But now, I'm back! YAY! Haha, so your book.Flirting with Danger, I just started reading it on bookrix a few days ago, and let me tell you, I LOVE IT! Its so amazing! I mean, its just WOW! And its covers pretty! haha! Now, one day when you're a best selling author, you're going to come to St.Louis on tour, and see me! And well the rest of the people who love you and all, but I'll be your biggest fan, no doubt, because I'm more amazing than any of your other fans in St.Louis. Well, other than Jacob, that crazy kid. But, I'm glad to know you're still writing! Well, this is getting insanely long, so I'm going to stop now! Sorry about that! Haha,
