I first read The Host in 2009 and liked it quite a lot. S.M. has a gift for describing emotion and conveying feelings. The storyline was very compelling and presented an interesting…"
1. I love the BEACH and HARRY POTTER.
2. I love my FAMILY -- Aren't they great? Take a little bow.
3. Never expect a jelly donut to love you back.
4. I don't like Twinkies, but Ding Dongs? Now we're talking.
5. I'm a CAT person -- soft, purring cushions with claws.
When Did You First Read Twilight (year) and how many times have you read a Twilight Book (total)?
2008 -- I'm a little slow. If it's already out of fashion, or been around for a hundred years, I might meander on over and take a look.
Team Edward or Team Jacob? Why?
Team JASPER -- He made the most HILARIOUS faces in the first couple movies when he was trying to resist the enticing aroma of Bella's blood. I liked him even more when he was given some back-story screen time. He's just way cute all around.
Which Character Are You Most Like?
I would have to say Alice. She's a bit sassy, and playful...kind of like cats.
She would have made a great Bella! She has some personality.
Everything Stephenie's written so far.
Every HARRY POTTER book. Brilliant.
The "Tennis Shoes Among the Nephites" series.
Mysteries, Bios, Classics (except Wuthering Heights -- hated that.), Humorous books...
What is Your Favorite Music
I've gone from The Beatles, to Elton John, Journey,Queensryche, Linkin Park, The Smiths/Morrissey, Evanescence, Muse (before I found out Stephenie liked them. My 5 yr. old granddaughter LOVES "Supermassive Black Hole". She always asks for it. Can't blame her). Hey, "Map of the Problematique" would be a great song for the New Moon movie! I'm just saying.
Favorite Movies, TV Shows, Games:
So many...the second Harry Potter movie (director Chris Columbus is the best!). The first "Pirates of the Caribbean".
"It's a Wonderful Life", ALL the PIXAR movies -- they can do no wrong! "Back to the Future" (all 3), "Emma", "Rear Window", "Adam's Rib", "A Perfect Husband", "Fever Pitch", "First Knight", "Lord of the Dance" (yes, I admit it) to name a few. GAMES: Scrabble, Taboo, Cribbage.

Many more, but they elude me at the moment.
Reading, Boogie-Boarding, Bowling, Playing games, get-togethers with family and friends (you can't leave potato salad in the sun), writing, listening to music, deluding myself that chocolate is actually slimming, hiking, going to movies....

I'm going to try to watch "Sliding Doors" then. Thanks!
And yes, The Last They Met is good. It's really a unique novel that writes the events in backwards....the main character starts at the age of 52 and ends with the age of 17, it's the first time i ever read such novel written in backwards...it's about a man and woman who met three times in their lifetime with lasting memories with them...honestly i'm still figuring out what really happened in the end ^_^ if you read and finished it, do tell me what you think...
