1. I grew up in NYC, but moved to a town about 20 miles outside of it to avoid the noise the second I turned 18.
2. I adore animals, I have 2 dogs, 5 horses and a cat.
3. I can be ridiculously stubborn and knowing that I am being stubborn doesn't change my mind a bit.
4. I've celebrated my birthday at the beach every year since I was 3.
5. I love shopping. More than anyone ever should. My closet is the same size as my bedroom and it's the most crowded closet you've ever seen.
When Did You First Read Twilight (year) and how many times have you read a Twilight Book (total)?
I didn't begin reading Twilight until November of 2008 after I saw the movie. My friends knew that I would love the books and had been harassing me forever to read them. But I know myself. I'm one of those people who once they find something they love throws themselves into it and obsesses. I refrained from reading the books knowing that I'd have no life once I did. Once I saw the movie though, I had to read them. I've read all of the books at least 6 times since November. (Aka, 2 months ago) Sad, I know. But what can I say?
Team Edward or Team Jacob? Why?
Team Edward. I enjoy Jacob's character because he can be absolutely hysterical. BUT he is far too immature for me. And Edward is perfect. Case and point =)
Which Character Are You Most Like?
Alice. I tend to throw myself into thing with far too much enthusiasm. And I won't even get started on the whole shopping thing... But she is also bubbly and fun to be around and I'd like to think that I am too =)
Obviously Twilight, but a lot of classics as well. I'm obsessed with Shakespeare. In fact that only play that I hadn't read was Merchant of Venice and the second Breaking Dawn referenced it I jumped right into reading it. But I also love the Iliad and the Odyssey. All of Jane Austen's books. But you can throw into that mix a bunch of random things too like Harry Potter, Eragon, Eldest, Brisingr and Gossip Girl. Random, I know. I guess I don't really have a "type".
What is Your Favorite Music
Anything but country. That sounds so cliche, but it's true.
Favorite Movies, TV Shows, Games:
Favorite TV shows: Heroes, Gossip Girl, anything on E!, and game shows. Again, really random taste.
Movies: Twilight, The Matrix, LoTR, Harry Potter... so on and so forth. Basically all of the books I read ... but in movie form.
"Life isn't about pushing through the storm; it's about learning to dance in the rain."
Traveling. Horseback riding. Singing and dancing. Swimming.
I was thinking about teaching or something along those lines. In my job we teach a lot of Marines and I'm good at it. As of right now I'm not a hundred percent sure I even want to get out of the Marine Corps yet. Its a pain sometimes and you go through a ton of unnecessary things but its worth it. Just depends how my next duty station is most likely. Either way I just want to do something thats important.. I want to feel like accomplished something when I'm done you know?
