I'm sure there's one out there that would take western union payment--doesn't western union have an electronic pay system available now? Or you could open a paypal account. If eBooks.com doesn't work out, I'm sure you'll be able to find them somewhere else online from a site that will have a payment method you can use.

- Mamman, have you tried ordering them online? Perhaps Amazon.com? Or you could getting it as an ebook and read it on your computer. Try eBooks.com? I know they have a downloadable version because I bought Eclipse in pdf format from them a couple of years ago.
