Hey marianne, well i've read them all. I've probably only slept about 6 hours max, over the weekend.
They were absolutely brilliant. The twists & turns in the plots were amazing. I really felt for Jace & Clary. Alot of the time i was left breathless.
Thank you for turning me to these books, I owe you BIG time lol x
Patricia Briggs - I love all her books she is a must read and a keeper for me but I got into her latest books first- urban fantasy based around a VW mechanic called Mercy who has native American blood and changes into a coyote. The world is very strong involves Weres, Mercy was fostered out to a pack in Montana, Fae and Vampires. Not just another kick ass heroine.
Also love Ilona Andrews ( ignore the book covers ) - Magic series Kate is a kick ass heroine, but again strong world- different creepy take on vampires and the male hero- purrfect.Sorry.
Terry Goodkind I must give a go .Thanks for the push.
I've read Mists of Avalon, long time ago I'm old- but I dont really like the whole Arthur thing I hate a sad ending call me a wuss......
Hi Marianne, so good to meet another rabid book fan, I used to believe in delayed gratification but now I just can't help grabbing the books I covet.I have been living in the Sookiverse for the last month and next May seems along way away. For the first time in my long ( coy hint at agedness ) life I have ordered a book of short stories for a renewed hit... its ccrazy.
LOL! I've actually re-read Dead Until Dark already, while I was waiting for one of the books to come in on my library reservation! Its mighty frustrating waiting for the books to come in. I tried 4 different bookshops on Saturday trying to get From Dead to Worse and still couldn't get it. I'll have to look out for that TB calendar though! Hope they make their way here to Australia!
