Does anyone know if the filming of New Moon has been halted? I heard that Stephanie Meyer has been accused of stealing someone else's idea for her books. Is any of this true?

What does everyone think of the shoes that Rosalie wore in the scene where she breaks the salad bowl? I think they are pretty awesome. It would be nice to know if those same kind of shoes could be purchased somewhere.
