Short Story - "Welcome Distraction"
The wind gently caressed the side of my face, my hair just slightly rising from my shoulder to the nape of my neck. I slowly raised my head to take a look at the sky, thick grey clouds above, canvassing the scenery around me. I was hoping the wind would die down, didn’t really want my scent giving me away too soon. A touch of rain may help mask my scent even further perhaps.
