Got your message!!! Your mom's favorite? I must be your mom's age!!!!! She influenced you on the alternative music scene? 80's girl...isn't she? The Cure, Smiths, U2, INXS, Depeche mode and love and rockets...all the same genre/era.
My nickname in high school was Queen of death.....(ha)....before Goth/EMO....I was Goth/EMO trendsetter...(ha)!!!!:)
Yet...U2 is my ultimate favorite(since I was 12 years old)....I was "dark" but clean-cut, spiritual and sometimes optimistic!!!:) what a dichotomy... I still behold my gothic roots....even being a surburbian mom !!!!
