Claire said… Thanks, that was really interesting to read!
Well, the centre of Edinburgh has a lot of tourists. There's a lot of old buildings and the castle and museums and things. It's quite beautiful...and there are quite a lot of hills here too. Further out to the edge of the city, there's just mostly houses. There are both rich people and poor people, but luckily no slums or anything. Where I live is in the suburbs and is not bad, too. But there are some run-down scruffy parts in Edinburgh as well.
Claire said… Wow, that is a big difference!! What's Buenos Aires like?
Claire said… Hmm...I could just tell you random things about Scotland, if you like?
Scotland is quite small, I suppose, compared to other countries. It's part of the UK with England, Wales and Northern Ireland, but it's separate from them too. It's confusing :P Around 5 million people live here (I had to look that up on Wikipedia haha). What about Argentina?
Claire said… That must be great to be able to speak two languages! I wish I could.
Hmm...that's quite a hard question. I guess, like in any country, you get a mix of people. What are people like in Argentina?
Claire said… So you can speak Spanish and English fluently? I'm learning Spanish at school but I'm not very good at it. :)
Do you mean what are people like in Scotland?

Claire said… We get 2 weeks winter holidays in December, and about 6 weeks summer holidays in July and August, plus some random weeks off in February and October and Easter. :D
I could leave high school in a year and a half if I wanted to, but I'm planning on staying at school for another two years after that so I can go to university. What are you planning on doing once you leave school?
Claire said… I'm jealous :P it's winter over here, and today it was quite cold and rainy.
We went back to school after the Christmas holidays about a month ago, but we're off school again all next week for the February holidays. :D What's your school like? And how have your holidays been?

Claire said… Yeah, that would be really interesting! :D
Buenos Aires is the capital of Argentina, right?
