- In Russia the most of people studied English at school, but they usually don't use it.. Everybody speaks Russian. Some people can speak and understand English (like me, for example). And if you start to speak English with somebody in the street he (she) couldn't understand you as usual. i think people don't need any language else..

- My native tongue is Russian. But I've been studed English while I went to school. And a little studed the language in university. But my English isn't perfect. I know it. I'm trying to improve my English.
And I think English is universal language, but many people don't know it.
p.s. I've forgotten to add in my last message: "Do all people speak English in Philippinnes?" :))
