In Twilight when Edward is in Bella's room he he tries to kiss her for the first time, and yells Stop...
What is the reason that causes this to happen? Since they can Touch, Hug, & be around each other- They Just can't kiss-
Is it because of Edward or Bella?
Why isn't The Volturi Angry over Killing a Vampire over a Human???

We all know that Edward goes to the Volturi with Bella & Alice. What I am confused about is-
The Cullans Kill James (a vampire) The Volturi will kill any vampire that breaks one of their few laws.
You don't expose yourself to any human. Nor should they know. I understand that they let Bella go mostly because Alice helped Aros see Bella as a vampire in the future.
My ???
So why wouldn't the Cullens get in Trouble or Anger The Volturi because they Killed…

Yet Jasper is able to have an effect on Bella. Maybe I missed something>
