And since we’re talking physiology…I’ve had tons of people ask if vampires can have babies. The answer is no. When someone becomes a vampire, it’s as if they are frozen exactly as they are in that moment. His or her (and we’ll go with her because it’s more central to this discussion) body no longer experiences change. Hair does not grow, nor do fingernails (if you cut your hair, you’re stuck. That’s why Alice’s hair is so short–it was growing back from being shaved in the asylum). This applies to all changes–so a woman would no longer have any kind of ovulation cycle. If she were already pregnant when she was bitten, both she and the fetus would be frozen in that state. Which would really suck–pregnant for eternity? I’m shuddering at the thought.

But if vampires are frozen as you say, then how do they (how do I say this without being crude?).... How were Edward and Bella able to consummate their marriage? I mean, if he was frozen, they wouldn't have been able to .... you know. And how could he have gotten Bella pregnant if like you say he has no human body fluids? Your theories are good, but they have holes in them that need to be filled. Please explain.

okkay so if you really are stephenie, how do you really like your cast are they(the cullens) as awesome in person as in the books and the movies? i dont really like jacob so im hoping not for him to be the same but he has a nice bod you picked all of them good. unlike a lot of girls i dont like edward unless there is a bella, and vis versa write me back please and tell me why you picked renessme for jacob to imprint on, it was good, very ironic!
