She knew she didn't sleep anymore. She didn't need the energy. She now had forever unending energy. But Bella still lay still in bed if not to sleep, then to think. Her head was filled with scary things. Things she didn't know could exist there.
Her feelings of murder towards Victoria. Her broken heart ripe with anticipation that Edward would soon be here with her. The fear when she was near Jake and his friends, no matter if they were… Continue

First ever blog. Sorry if I'm the exact opposite of a 'prodigy'...
Unfortunatly, I haven't seen either of the movies; I have finished Twilight, though. I'm near the end of New Moon - (school makes 'reading time' limited) page 471.So far I love it, and I'm hoping to get Eclipse for Christmas.
(P.S.)You can call me Rae.

So I saw the New Moon flick with my friends at the premiere. We were all excited and hoped that it was good...
Sorry to say this, but I didnt like how the movie was made. One of the things I liked about the twilight saga was that it was so romantic and the only books I thought had the best love stories (so far).
Kristen Stewart was so bad in New Moon, i felt like she didnt portrayed Bella the way she should have done. She could at least understand her pov. The Volturi… Continue

Does anyone else think that in order for Breaking Dawn to be made into a decent movie it will need to be rated R due to the content throughout the whole book?
I was in the theater seeing New Moon and there were 5-6 year old girls in there. Honestly, for a PG13 movie? 5 years old? There is no way they are going to be able to go see the movie for Breaking Dawn. I wouldn't even let a child under 13 read the book.
Now im not a mother, im a teenager myself. But i find that if… Continue

N.M.W.S is a very severe psychological condition in which the eyes do not view the movie New Moon enough to allow normal functions in the body to occur. Just kidding... sorta. I have seen New Moon three times already. Three is my max for the theatres, but the DVD... oh lord I cannot, seriously cannot wait. I was skeptical at first about the movie but it grew on me about as fast Taylor Lautner's muscles did. My favorite scenes might you ask?
- The breakup
- The months going by (what… Continue

"Bella, I know you miss him but you can't be like this," Charlie said. I looked up at him innocently.
"Like what?" I asked. Though I knew exactly what he was talking about. I just didn't want to talk about it. It was hard enough to go on every day - knowing HE was never coming back. Tears were about to form so I mentally punched myself in order to stop thinking about it. Though I never truly could forget about him.
"You know exactly what I'm… Continue

Now that I've watched it, I have to write something about it...though I know no one will probably be interested in reading this.
MAJOR SPOILER ALERT!
So this morning I watched the film in the first screening schedule available...we all know how long that ticket line can get. The movie opened with a kind of yellowish moon, slowly unraveling to reveal a new moon banner. Cool, don't you think?
I think for the next few lines Bella was muttering something… Continue

Sorry, no chapter title for this one yet. In trying to stick with my song themed chapter titles I am at a loss for this one, and totally up for any suggestions! Also, I finished this chapter in kind of a hurry and without much editing, so hopefully it came out alright and I might have a few changes later. Hope you enjoy!
What just happen? Did Bella just kiss me? I could still feel the warmth from her kiss on my lips. I stared after her… Continue

I have to be honest. Saw New Moon and the one thought that kept going through my mind was...Twilight was better. I can't help it! I know they had a bigger budget and new director, blah, blah, blah, but I just thought the first movie was as intense as the book. With New Moon I was laughing through half the film whereas when I read the book New Moon, I was crying my eyes out! The soundtrack and score for Twilight is even better than New Moon's. So what was the difference?
One, no… Continue

New Moon is great, BUT the music choices were awful. No comparison to Twilight (I bought both Twilight CD's, but not bothering for New Moon). Stephenie should have had the say for the music. When will we hear more of Edward's compositions, for instance? Music sets the mood.
Nothing beats the opening sequence of Twilight. I really expected more.

Men get the credit for having midlife crises, but women have them, too. Or, at least that’s what I’m telling myself, because I spent all summer reveling in mine. At first I didn’t know what was happening … and I didn’t care. If I was going crazy, well, it was a fun kind of crazy, so I went with it. It didn’t occur to me that I was having a midlife crisis until the cravings started … for a convertible. I was disappointed that I was going to have such a prosaic crisis:… Continue

Hey. Well I think New Moon was way way better than Twilight. I love Twilight though but New Moon was just better. I've already seen it in theaters three times! :) Loved it! That's it.

Ever since I began reading your series, I haved wished to meet or speak to you. There are so many things I want to say. As I'm sure you have figured out by now, you are one amazing writer. People don't just like your books, they believe in them. It's more than just a story to pass the time; It's REAL. These people, Bella, Edward, Jacob, EVERYONE, they EXIST to us. I know that, for me at least, it is very hard after taking the day off and reading threw an entire book, or after watching a movie… Continue
