He watched out the window thunder exploded in the sky while the rain made it hard to see anything. Just like his mind, hazy and misty. With a small self-deprecating smile, he brushed his hand over the cold fogged glass, the barrier between him and the rain.

So, I just finished the novella from Eclipse, and I was very happily surprised. When I first heard about it, I knew I would read it. I didn't know that I would enjoy it so much. Reading the relationship between Bree and the other characters (especially Diego and Fred) really made me all the sadder to see her die.
