As I look into this large mirror, I find something. Strange. Unexpected.
Why did this familiar face feel so distant and unknown? I study the features. All i notice is a perfect face no flaws. and then i see the strangers eyes.
Bright flaming red eyes are glaring at me with a mystified experession. I was so afraid of them, yet i couldn't find the strength to look away.
I touch my face.
The stranger does the same.
I am the monster in the mirror.

New Moon is VERY important!

Ok, even though I was totally mad at Edward during this book, I'd like to make a point. New Moon is a very important book in this series, it's sets everything up for Eclipse & Breaking Dawn. I mean, imagine if Edward had never left. Without Edward leaving, Bella would never have met the Vulturi, or gotten close to Jacob, or convinced Edward(and his familly) to make her a vampire.
