just Eclipse tonight July 22,2010

I went to the show to see Eclipse from the Twilight Sega tonight and i really like it so much. I think this movie had more actiion then New Moon & Twilight did. I am looking forward reading Breaking Dawn & the 2 part movie. I give Eclipse 2 thumbs up. I also give 2 thumbs up to Stepheine Meyer for being a good author and I hope She keeps writing more for The Twilight Sega. I am now a true Twilight fan.

Spellbound

I am new to the Rose group so I may be repeating commentary similar to what others have expressed.

I have watched the first movie, Twilight, three times as a rental. I plan to own each DVD and have the books on order, which should arrive tomorrow (I am so excited).

Here is my review, after watching Twilight for the first time:

Spellbound

As so many others, I have now been entranced by the movie Twilight.

I was convinced that this was a movie I was… Continue

My New Moon Review

So I was quite excited to see the film adaptation of this book for two reasons: super curious about the wolf pack animation sequence, couldn't wait to criticize the CGI effects (leave it to me to care more about design stuff). I was quite impressed except for the black wolf. The others looked convincing, I didn't like the animation work on the black one, it didn't seem organic enough. I loved the running scenes, with the blurring effect and the scene where Victoria is running away from the… Continue

My New Moon Review.

Okay.

I went to see New Moon last night, opening night, and loved it. So, here's my review....

The first part, Leading up to and including Bella's party was very good. There was a lot of drama and I absolutely adore drama.

The part where Edward leaves, well I was crying at that part. Urgh I was going to kill Sam when he found Bella because that should have been Jacob.

When Bella falls off the motorbike and Jacob almost rips his shirt off..*sighs… Continue

New Moon Midnight Showing Review

OK, here we go.......

I saw Twilight then read the book, noting changes right away. But the movie had so captured the romantic self buried inside of me that my passion became unbridled, as you are well aware, and I gobbled up every little thing about this series that I could get my hands on.

Now I've devoured New Moon (and many fan fiction reworks of it) and have just seen the film........

In some ways, it delivered, in others, it disappointed.

The… Continue

New Moon

The movie was amazing! I went to the midnight showing and the energy from all the people in the theater was awesome! I have to say this is the best movie going experience to date. It was great to see all the fans decked out in their shirts supporting their favorite character and the movie itself. Now we all just have to wait an entire year for Eclipse.Grrrrrrrrr!!!! I know I will be re-reading Eclipse again after watching New Moon just because of the cliffhanger at the end. It sucks when you… Continue

i want to preface this by saying that i don't personally care what your opinion is of vampires, shape-shifters (really, kids, they're not technically werewolves), tweenage love stories, all the hype and merchandising, none of it. fact of the matter is, i loved the books. there, i said it. and as such, i've begun a tradition of seeing the movies on opening night.

this time around, i sprung for the first showing of New Moon at the Regal Cinema in Harrisburg.

first and… Continue

New Moon Review (in my opinion)

**Before I start this review, I have to say that it is simply my least favorite in the series, not that I mean any personal offence to the author or publisher.**

New Moon by Stephenie Meyer was a much anticipated book by many readers. However, New Moon was a slight disappointment. I know that probably the main reason for the whole "Edward leaves" was to fill up suspense and sheerness. But, I think that the ending could have been better. Instead of causing some… Continue

Buk Rebyu: Twilight

Hypnotic – is the word that best fits the twilight series books. From the very first moment you’ll read the first book, there’s already something addictive to it. It makes you want to read more and more. It leaves you feeling unease and empty if you happen to stop reading it. It made you feel like your part of their world and that you’re feeling what they’re feeling. It makes your head uncomfortable because you have to always think of the characters in the book. To always think of Edward, and… Continue

2/13/09

Today was totally tiring, and we took review tests for all the subjects. I got full marks on English, but I'm too scared to look at my other scores. I know I definitely got more than half wrong on Math. Hopefully my Chinese grade will look as nice as my English one. Maybe not. I've been working on intros to short stories and novels on the backs of the test papers, and got told off. It was really rushing with math, though. I hardly had enough time to guess the answers and fill in the little… Continue
