The Twilight Saga

Thank you for voicing your concerns about the Midnight Sun sampler that has been appearing on eBay. The sampler was created for the release of The Host in the U.K. by the U.K. publisher with Stephenie’s consent. It contained only the first chapter, which at that time, had already been posted on stepheniemeyer.com. While there are legitimate arguments about whether the person on e-bay should be selling it, the actual product was created legally and with permission.

This seems to be a good place to put in another fervent request for Stephenie Meyer to finish & publish Midnight Sun. I hope you are reading these comments, Stephenie. Think of it as a labor of love - for your myriad of faithful fans, and for Bella & Edward. Midnight Sun is needed to make the Twilight experience complete. I love switching between the points of view of Bella & Edward in the two books. I would be quite willing to commit right now to purchasing the book when it becomes available. I will venture that many thousands of other fans would gladly do the same. Is this something the web masters could set up?

so what is going to happen to misdnight sun
Comment by Kellee Davis on March 29, 2009 at 8:07pm
yes, yes, midnight sun should happen, as well as Edwards point of view on the other 3 books. Also she should make a 5th book, where the cullens become the new royal family and what happens with Jacob and Reneesme.

i agree that it would make many people happy to see midnight sun in print, but i think the decision is up to the author. if she does not wish to continue writing the books, there is nothing we can do but hold back our tears and get on with our lives. we will see soon enough what she decides. until then all we can do is cross our fingers and hope.

I read what SM has on her website, and was so sad when it ended. I really hope she continues writing it, and the whole rest of the saga through Edward if she feels up to it. It's never enough! What's up with that? lol
