Twilight movies

Lets discuss the Twilight Saga movies. Here are my opinions on them
- Twilight was awesome. It had a lot of romance as well as other emotions, but everything else was kind of average but not bad
- New Moon was beyond words. It kinda lacked emotions but the action was GREAT! everything looked so well
-Eclipse will be the best movie, in my opinion theres going to be an equal amount of action and emotion (hopefully). Also it's going to be in IMAX! how cool is that? Eclipse, in 3D? um yes please :)
-Breaking Dawn, are they making this movie? Summit hasn't confirmed it yet but i bet they will.(SPOILER ALERT) I think it will be hard to create visually. Bellas pregnancy will be very hard to do. Bellas change will be hard because they have to change Kristens look completly. Also Renesmee will be difficult because of how fast she grows.

Bottom line is that the Twilight movie left too much of the book out. The New Moon movie had more scenes and went along with the book, and it was awesome. Also the director for the New Moon movie was a different director than the one used for Twilight (it's my understanding that a different director will be used for each new movie). I liked how the director for New Moon, Chris Weitz, kept Edward in the movie after he left by using Bella's thoughts of him as visionary rather than auditory, as was in the book. For those of us who are Team Edward fans, it was nice to see Edward through Bella's mind even though he was physically gone.

For those of us who have read the books more than once, even the small things make a difference. For example, in the book Twilight, Bella didn't have a cell phone, but in the movie the cell phone was all she used. But in New Moon, she used the home phone, just like in the book. Remember the only cell phone used by Bella in any of the books was Edward's...until after they were engaged and he gave Bella the new car--with the cell phone he gave her for emergencies kept in the glove compartment. She used the emergency phone to call Seth to check on Jacob once while still in the car after arriving home from the gas station, but after that, at least that I can remember, she used their home phone.

I am anxiously awaiting the Eclipse movie, which I've heard will come out in June 2010.

Rose, I hope they do a fair job to the book. I.m sitting here at 1145pm watching resident evil--extinction, and i see what they did with that movie in 2007 I read new moon before i saw the movie will probably read eclipse again too. The actors seem dedicated to the books and to stephanie's vision.

Well, I love Eclipse. It's my favorite book and I can't wait for the movie to come out, but really I don't want it to be in 3D. I don't want to see Jacob(Taylor L.) and Bella(Kristen S.) having there little 'kiss me or I'll let newborn vampires kill me' episode. But I do want to see Jacob get punched*Team Edward, Loves*. Anyway, Breaking Dawn, it was a great book and I think Summit should give in and make the movie, they've already made and/is making 3, and many fans will be upset if they don't. If they want to make Kirsten really look prego, then if they haven't seen Baby Mama, then they should. And they don't have to change Kristens look just give her some contacts and some pale blush and she'll look great! She already looks really good as it is. I really don't know what to say about Renesmee, maybe they can try green screen or something.

I love Breaking Dawn and it is def my fav book. It will be hard to create visually but look at what has been done so far. I'm sure they will work it out and it will be awesome, in two parts! Oh yeah!Can't wait for Eclipse also. I think that I should read the book again soon to refresh my memory.(even tho have already read them more than 6 times. Lost track after that. Twilight forever, Edward Cullen for eternity!!

I just loved Eclipse!!! This book is so perfect!!! I'm so excited about the film...but June seems so far...
I agree that will be hard to creat the changes of Bella and Renesmee all the time...but, as I was reading the book, I could see everything in my mind - as if it was already filmed, you know?!

Yeah I feel the same way. It will be interesting to see how the movie actually turns out. More than likely I will be disappointed with the movie after reading the books. Just because there is soooo much to the books and they usually leave out a lot in the movies. But I'm excitedd!

I agree with all comments about the difficultly with the CGI on eclipse and and breaking dawn. Edward ripping out the baby with his teeth and the sex scene how will this stay pg-13, and still do justice to the book. I wonder how much influence stephanie and the actors will have over these parts

I seriously can't wait until The Twilight Saga Movie eclipse Hits Melbourne's IMAX Cinema in June!!!
