Oscar winner Bill Condon will direct The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Summit confirmed today! Stephenie has commented: "I'm so thrilled that Bill wants to work with us. I think he's going to be a great fit, and I'm excited to see what he does with the material." The script, by Melissa Rosenberg, is being written right now!

@hope the first one will be out Nov. 18 2011 the second one they do not know but rumor has it that it probably will not come out till early 2012 we will have to wait and see what they do decide. I do know for a fact that they will be shooting back to back it will take 6 months starting on Nov. this year

If Breaking Dawn is going to be made into two movies; will both parts be release in theatres around the same time? Or will it be the first half 2011 and the second half 2012?

@ Phillipa I trhink for right now they are calling it BREAKING DAWN PART 1 AND BREAKING DAWN PART 2 I have not heard anything else on the name of it.

also, what are they going to call the separate movies if they split it? Like BREAKING DAWN: PART 1, or BREAKING DAWN, BEGINING OF THE END? like what????? someone give me sudgestions......

its really tough, the renesme scene. i mean you want to provide for the readers, but dont offend anyone. i mean penny mitchell is right! she can just appear out of no where. it is a bit awkward watching that kind of stuff with your parents. its like a magnyfied version of bellas screaming in new moon. kristen did a amazing job but its distressing. i dont know. i hope some one reads this. i cant wait to see his work. its going to be VERY interesting.
