Okay, so I
want to start a group where writers can order fan fiction banners! I
need to gather up diverse banner makers. I don;t care what you use
(GIMP, Photoshop, Paint.Net...or something different) you just need to
be good and know the basics.
(NOTE: You will still be able to apply after the group is created!)
