Rest In Peace, Patrick Swayze.

Aug. 18, 1952 - Sept. 14, 2009

The famous actor/dancer, Patrick Swayze passed away Monday, after his 2 year battle with pancreatic cancer. He was only 57 years old.

I remember being little & watching Dirty Dancing. My dad use to twirl me around & when Patrick's character would pick up Jennifer Grey, I'd yell "fly me, daddy!" Some of my fondest memories happened around that movie. And, I secretely had a crush on Patrick when I was 5.

Playing in movies like Ghost, Road House & the Outsiders, Patrick was filled with talent & a love of life. Although he is gone from this world, Patrick will continue to dazzle us, as his movies will live on forever.
