Should people who win competitions for tickets to Twilight events be able to sell them or should they give them FREE to deserving fans?

I see that another winner is trying to sell their extra ticket on ebay for $950.00. Seems like a lot of money to me but then again look at how much you have to spend to attend the Twilight Conventions where there is no guarantee of meeting any stars let alone two of the main characters.

So, my question is this...should people sell the tickets or come to forums with like-minded fans and offer them up but then, that raises another problem of who to decide who to give the ticket to?

Would love to hear some of your comments and opinions on this!
