The Day I Died Chapter 1 Never Letting Go

I was there with my friends as a ghost you could say. I could hear every word they were saying and of course, it was about me.

Melinda: She was coming to my house that day before she got shot. I feel like it's all my fault. If I hadn't told her to come to my house, she wouldn't of died.

I could see the tear drop come from her eyes and at that point I was about to cry.

Sophie: Don't blame yourself. I'll help you find the guy that killed her and we'll put him in jail. I know she would've wanted us to at least do that.

She was right. I wanted him in jail and I wanted him dead. He killed me when I was 14 so now I can never get married or have a family and that's exactly what I want for him.

Melinda: Your probably right.

That's when I finally moved away from them. I could not take anymore of Melinda crying. It was killing me to see her cry.

I went over to my use-to-be boyfriend and listened to what he was talking about. It wasn't a surprise about what he was talking about...Me.

Klytren: I miss her so much. I just want to hug her so badly and never let go. I just hope she is watching me right now and if she is I just want to say "I love you."

"I love you too." I said out loud because no one could hear me but after I said that my boyfriend looked all around the lunchroom.

Klytren: Did you hear that?

Jeremy: What?

Klytren: It sounded like someone said "I love you, too" after I said "I love you."

Jeremy:I think your losing it.

Klytren:No, I know I hear it.

He heard me? Was that possible?

I kept my eyes on him and smirked. I hope he can hear me because if he can then we will still be able to communicate even if I am dead.

Hello?" I said seeing if he would answer back.

Klytren: Hello?

It was true. He could actually hear me. Maybe we could still be together.

"Klytren!"

Klytren: Janella? Is it really you?

"Yes...It is!"

Klytren: I thought you were dead.

He said looking around.

"That's the problem...I am. But we have something special...we can still talk to each other."

Klytren: Where are you?

"Right beside you."

He looked straight at me. He probably didn't know it but he was.
